It is really noisy at times inside but if you have to watch a game you will be able to see it on one of the screens throughout the dining room. The deck is one of the nicest on the waterfront with great heaters as cooler evenings set in. The food is always dependable and good. My personal favorite pizza... More

Katie Downs is a local restaurant for 21 and over. So in that regards it is a bar, but their alcoholic drinks, while I'm sure are good (I don't drink), are not the reason I keep going back. There food is exceptional. There Pizza, you will not find similar quality or taste anywhere! Try the Great White (Chicken, Artichoke Hearts,... More

This is a bar not a restaurant, you order from the bar (They do have a designated cashier though) you then seat yourself anywhere and the server brings you your food. I had salmon with a Caesar salad. It was all very tasty and not too expensive either. I sat on the patio and I had a great view over... More

Nothing like sitting at the water front with the back drop of Mt Rainer and eating delicious food. The prices a reasonable for the location of the restaurant. Had a good time wasn't over interrupted by the staff. Perfect service perfect food.

We went with friends (natives of the area) and they explained that you get a table first, then you go up and order, cafeteria style almost, pay for the food and then they bring the food to your table. Well it seems the place is always packed, especially outdoor seating in summer. So we sat inside at first, then saw... More

This is a beautiful pizza and sandwich and bar on the water. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the view and weather. We had a pizza and a Reuben sandwich. The food was very good and the beer was cold.

I love this restaurant. Located on pilings over Commencement Bay on Ruston Way in Tacoma, Washington, the view is stunning. The food is always top quality with wonderful pizza, great sandwiches, soups and an excellent selection of wines and beers.

Just average bar food. You have to order at the bar yourself and wait staff will bring it to you. Great view!

Just dined there today and ordered the Halibut. It was pricy, but worth in in the past. Today it was two generous proportions of a white fish that didn't seem to be Halibut, the coating was undercooked, so I felt like I was eating a pancake batter dipped fish. I've eaten many good pizzas and burgers there, so was disappointed... More

We were all set to enjoy a nice dinner, right on the waterfront. We ordered and sat down, enjoying the fantastic setting, and then the food came. It was a very disappointing. Fried items were extremely greasy, and my fish tacos were tasteless. The pizza was okay. Would not stop here again....except to take pictures of the view!
