Had lunch and dinner here since restaurant was part of hotel Murano. Good crab and corn chowder and really good wings. Only draw back was the high prices.

We decided to eat here since my flight got in so late. There was only one other couple in the restaurant, but it had good reviews, so in we went. We had the beet carpaccio, which was excellent although it was a bit heavy on the beets (or perhaps, since it was in fact beet carpaccio, low on the seasoning).... More

Thank you so much for the complimentary review you wrote about our burgers and breakfasts! We are so glad that you enjoyed your dining experiences. We are a little off the beaten path, inside a hotel and a bit of a secret to the local community! We love to spoil all of our guests and I am glad we had... More

Bite is the restaurant in the Murano Hotel. The food is well prepared and tasty. I always get the cured salmon plate for breakfast. While the rooms and lobby are fresh and new looking, the restaurant and lower level meeting rooms are showing their age. Still, this restaurant is a good choice.

Breakfast was very good for a hotel restaurant. The service is fast and friendly, dishes were tasty and the price wasn't bad considering it is in a hotel.

I stayed at the adjacent hotel and not much is within walking distance. Grabbed a beer and the scallops off of the happy hour menu. The scallops were utterly unremarkable. I would have ordered more but was so unimpressed I decided to try and find something else within walking distance. The waitress however was attentive despite the bar being busy.... More

My wife and I eat here about once a year when we're at the Hotel Murano (where the restaurant is located) for our annual three-day clogging workshop on Labor Day weekend. On this day it was just the two of us at the table for lunch. I had the chicken panini sandwich ($12.00) and my wife ordered the fish tacos... More

Frittata was great but it took a long time to get served and the restaurant was not busy at the time of our visit.

After going to the Lemay Car Museum we sought out a place for dinner. Most of the highest rated restaurants in Tacoma being closed on Sunday?? We found BITE rating and was just a few blocks from us. We arrived during Happy hour, they had some good prices on beers, drinks and small bites. We had the spicy shrimp small... More

Stayed at the Hotel Murano for a recent Eagles concert. Tried the Bite inside the hotel for dinner expecting a fine meal. This is a one of those restaurants that is overpriced and provides minimal portions that looks fancy but is lacking in flavor or freshness. My wife had the salmon and it was mushy inside indicating that it was... More
