Me, my wife and an elderly friend were looking for a new place to grab a bit of lunch and this restaurant was recommended by several of my wife's co-workers. We had not made a reservation so there was a short, but tolerable wait to get a table. The table had a nice view of the bay although it would... More

We were driving through Tacoma and looking for a place to eat so we stopped at Duke's. There was a short wait but not too long. We had a great meal with a great view of the water. Overall a good meal. I would go back again.

First time here, at lunch, not too crowded, as it was late. Service was great, view was wonderful...food was fabulous. I had a dish off the specials for that day, it was seared scallops with butternut squash ravioli with garlic and tomatoes....OMG!!! This dish was so flavorful...the seared scallops were the most delicious and just perfectly cooked. I also had... More

Was told at my hotel that this place was the place to go for seafood. I ordered the fish and chips with chowder. The hot fresh bread was awesome. The cod and fries were amazing. The chowder was watery and disappointing. Glad I didn't order a bowl of if. Ivars at the airport had better chowder. Service was good and... More

We always enjoy eating at Duke's, but this is the first time we've had dinner at the Ruston Way location (except for a special tequila dinner). And everything was impressively good, from the service to the meal, the wine, and the views. We finished up our evening with an hour or so sitting at the bar, chatting with the bartender... More

On the road again and found a quality restaurant in Tacoma. Great menu, decent prices, excellent service, Ben was very attentive! And many Gluten Free options as a big plus!

Let me first start off saying that I hate eating seafood but went because my husband and sister wanted to eat there and holy smokes was I blown away by how the seafood was prepared. We first started off with a couple of starters: Dungeness Crab “un”Cake, and CoCo Loco Prawns, and it turns out that I ate pretty both... More

Great location on the waterfront, good choice of seafood, and a great, great staff… Clam Chowder is the absolute best we have had… better than what we have had in the south and the New-England coast,. Coco Loco Shrimp very tasty and the scallops were perfect, not over cooked like rubber, but perfect!! Definitely a good choice when on the... More
