Rastafarians follow a religious practice that evolved in Jamaica in the past 100 years or so. The late singer,Bob Marley, was probably the most widely know Rasta man and his image and music are well representated at this unusual vegan eatery. As well as being readily recognizable by their dreadlocks and their use of "ganga",Rastas follow strict dietary laws and... More

This is a hidden gem! This cute little vegan simply makes some of the most delicious food you will get anywhere. The ambiance is old school reggae with cool posters. The wraps are large and delicious! If you are with someone, order two different wraps and split them, you will be glad you tried more than one! We recommend the... More

This is a cute little vegan hole in the wall with delicious food. Everything is fresh and made to order. It really is some of the best vegan food around. The decor is like a gas station with Bob Marley posters on the walls. You have to go outside and around the back to a restroom that is just like... More

It's always an adventure trying new vegan restaurants and this was no different. We were a little apprehensive when we approached/entered the restaurant. It was small and the walls were plastered with Bob Marley/Rastafari posters. The wait staff were polite and helpful. The Jamaican wrap was large and delicious, with just the right amount of spice. The BBQ burger was... More

My family has been plant-based for about 16 months. That is we eat a whole foods plant based no oil (except today!) diet that incidentally is a vegan diet. We are moving this summer so I wanted to finally try the only vegan restaurant in tacomabefore we moved. The location and building were okay. The cleanliness was a bit suspect.... More

We had the barbeque burger and the big New Yorker....a switch from our favorite mac & yease. So delicious we had to eat it all instead of bringing some home as planned. I can't believe this place is not packed all day every day!

My brother and I made a trip up to Tacoma for a concert at the Tacoma Dome and wanted to grab a bite to eat first. I wanted something Vegan and looked at TripAdvisor for a place to eat. I found Quickie Too, read some of the reviews and we decided to give it a try. Like most of the... More

Don't be turned off by the looks of the building or the neighborhood, Quickie Too makes the most amazing Vegan food. My husband and I go there often for BBQ Burgers and delicious wraps - try "The Evil One" it is an amazing seitan steak wrap that is big enough for 2 people! The service can seem a bit slow... More

Quickies Too is one of those, "take you by surprise" restaurants. First off, it is located right in the heart of Hilltop neighborhood in Tacoma, which if you're not from around here, can get a little dicey. A neighborhood notorious for crime and violent gangs. The building itself looks like an old Dairy Queen or something, and it doesn't exactly... More
