Driving thru downtown Tacoma, we saw a cute little shop and thought, ohhh, CUPCAKE! We stopped in and were delighted to see a quaint little shop with a lovely display of beautiful cupcakes!! The sweet girl behind the counter was attentive and happy to tell us which flavors were crowd favorites. There is a flavor for all tastes.......tender cake and... More

This is a cute store that has a nice variety of cupcakes. The salted caramel was delicious! It's definitely worth stopping in!

I recently stopped in with my future daughter-in-law to do cupcake tasting for the upcoming wedding. We were graciously treated to a variety of fine cupcakes to choose for a cupcake tower wedding presentation. So many flavors and so hard to choose. Red velvet is amazing but the frostings are the over the top literally. It's a small place but... More

We popped into Hello, Cupcake on Sunday afternoon to pick up some treats for an impromptu birthday party for my stepson (age 5). Since the target-audience was, primarily, the kids, we stuck with classic flavors: chocolate, vanilla and red velvet. The store is adorable and the cupcakes themselves were very pretty (and, I should add, refreshingly reasonably priced at only... More

We used hello, cupcake for our wedding cake/cupcakes and LOVED them! We will visit them every chance we are in Tacoma! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating - one of our flavors was out-of-season (meaning that we had to order at least four dozen), but due to a change in our numbers, we were at the point where... When I walked in I was soooo excited! The place looks so cute and the cupcakes look wonderful. The presentation is really good. I bought the toffee almond and a coconut. They were about $3.00 a piece and not worth it at all. The toffee almond frosting was very tasty - but WAY too much frosting! Same with the coconut.... More

While I didn't delve into the gorgeously displayed cupcakes, I did admire their appearance. Others in the shop were completely happy about their purchases. The chandeliers really do give an upscale look to this really cute bakery.

We bought a dozen for around $28. The buttercream was very sweet. There was a lot of frosting on all of them and the mint cupcake was not edible...way too much mint. 12 year old says too much frosting, 10 year old agrees so overall pretty disappointing.

It seems cupcakes are all the rage recently and Hello Cupcake does an admirable job. They have lots of different kinds and every one I've tried has been delicious. It's a great place to stop in on a nice afternoon when you are walking in the area - it seems always to be busy and I'm glad they are doing... More

Cheer hell/heaven. This little business knows its business sense. Alway busy, always delicious and such quick friendly service. They were ready for the 1000's of cheerleaders and the traveling families and the options were great. Didn't see any dairy/gluten free but with the volume of cupcakes leaving, no complaints.
