Buttered Biscuit

What a pleasant surprise hidden away behind the main street shopping area of downtown Sumner WA. Great service, HUGE portions, and great food. Not a fan of the decor...but you can't have everything! You simply MUST have a piece of their cornbread with honey butter...it is the best anywhere!

Bonney Lake Buttered Biscuit opened a few weeks ago but people find good food and this restaurant is no exception. Their menu includes several pages of unusual options and despite having a full house, service was excellent and the food was well prepared and delicious. We are light eaters so neither of us could finish our food but still enjoyed... More

The prices are decent but the place is never really that clean, you can see the neglect around the building and feel the stickiness on the tables. But if you don't mind them messing up your order and taking forever to check on you or to take your order then it's a yummy place.

I have been a fan of Buttered Biscuit since they started in Buckley. When they moved to Sumner, I thought the service went down and the food was either amazing! or lackluster....just ok. Today I took my mom and niece to The Buttered Biscuit in Bonney Lake and was SO disappointed. Prices were higher than I thought it would be.... More

Atmosphere was nice Place was clean and people were upbeat. Prices are higher than I am into but portions are huge so sharing is a great option. Tell them you are splitting the meal as they do it for you A plus for me Don't care for someone handing me a plate to do it myself. Appreciate that the do... More

We came in and had a wonderful lunch - there was so much food everyone walked out with to go enough for a second meal. The cost 52.00 for 3 meals which ended up 6 meals. Great food -- homey atmosphere.

I have been to the BB several times and the food has always been great and the service ok. I took a friend who had never been before and had heard good things about BB. From past experiences I was expecting great things; however, I have also been hearing some very negative reviews of this restaurant from the last six... More

I went here for dinner, which based on the reviews it must be more of a breakfast place. The service was weird. The employees were nice enough, but not efficient and really didn't provide good service - they didn't tell me about the specials and didn't clarify what came or didn't come with the entrees. The food was OK. I... More

Not much of a breakfast eater, but noticed they had homemade cornbeef hash, one of my favorites. Prices seemed high for breakfast, but they will give you a half order, which isn't half the price. .... $3.00 off regular price, so I'd suggest the full order and take home the rest for lunch or breakfast the next day. Back to the... More

There are a whole lot of choices of food items on multipal menus. So many choices so little space to put it. Always take a full to go box. The food draws us in . The un-bused tables and slow unattentive service slow are return
