Be sure to check out the $6.00 lunch offerings. This restaurant is located in the lobby of the Davenport Towers Hotel.

Fun atmosphere, great appetizers, wonderful drinks. And the best southern fried chicken and gravy ever! Definitely worth a visit, for drinks and appetizers, or for a meal, and we often stay in the hotel too.

Our favorite place for happy hour or even not on happy hour, place to grab a drink. Great vibe, drinks, food and staff. Go here to hang and have quality food/cocktails.

Excellent service is the byword of all the Davenport properties in Spokane. The Safari Room was no different. The ambiance is jungle chic, with lots of safari-themed art in evidence; we enjoyed it. The food was really good. My wife had their green salad with balsamic vinaigrette that she raved about, while I had a very good Caesar salad. She... More

We arrived at the Davenport to check in midday and had to go straight into convention seminars so it was easiest to plan to dine inhouse. There were friends from other organizations also staying at the Davenport so we all agreed to meet at 6:30 at the Safari Room. We were a party of 8 and were seated promptly. As... More

Our party of three all had delicious lunches and so reasonably priced. Our breakfasts were delicious also though not inexpensive. Service is very good and we would definitely go back. Highly recommend lunch!

We initially went over to the safari room since we heard it had $6 lunches and we weren't that hungry so thought it would be perfect. It was REALLY good and the service was excellent. Went back that evening for Happy Hour, our drinks were delicious (Cherry Cheetah and A Pear in Thyme were our favorites) and the flat breads... More

I want to go on record that the food was fine and our server was EXCELLENT. SOOO if you are NOT in a hurry, the Safari is a great place to eat. But when our group of 8 arrived for our 7:30 reservation we were told that not only would we have to wait for our table, but that we... More

The bar is in the lobby of the tower part of the Davenport Hotel and Tower. The dining room is partly in the lobby with a private dining area for groups. The service was excellent and the food was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes are good. Prices are a bit higher but worth the ambiance and service.
