As a longtime Spokane resident, I know there are many, many amazing restaurants within this fabulous city. But Picabu is my absolute favorite, the one I take visiting friends and family to in order to impress them. On the one hand, it's just a little neighborhood bistro tucked into the Lower South Hill neighborhood next to a Rosauer's grocery store.... More

Foods good, service not so much. I've been here several times and the foods been pretty good, nothing I can't do at home. Regarding the service, its been ok at best. I feel like the waiters/waitresses are always in a bad mood when I go. Not good for making your customers happy.

Went here because it was on Triple D. Loved the Pad Thai and gorgonzola penned pasta. Our waiter forgot we had said pots tickers for the appetizer but we weren't charged. Just a little oops but no biggie. The other food looked awesome and it was super fast. Don't judge it be the front. It's great once you get inside.

This lovely little restaurant has a fully covered patio where my 2 labs and I were made completely welcome. The server kindly brought a large water bowl (my dogs always act like they dying of thirst!) without even being asked. The food I ordered was really tasty. I'm a vegetarian, and there were plenty of options on the menu for... More

What a great place with great food. Small, quaint but cozy, cool décor and truly a neighborhood joint where I can see why the locals love it. I came in and was seated immediately but it took 5 minutes or so for anyone to get me a menu (I did come in right at the lunch rush). I ordered the... More

Picabu Bistro is easy to miss in a strip mall; we went past the entrance to the parking lot on our first try. But two vegetarians and two carnivores enjoyed an exceptionally good lunch with great and accomodating service.

build your own salad with all top notch ingredients was wonderful. I had the lime chicken / chile, my friend had kung pau beef, both were great - portions were satisfactory - not huge - which I really appreciate. another friend had the build your own salad - awesome - we will be back here many times:)

Searching for something light and different, so I decided to try the Picabu Bistro. Entering the small(15 tables or so) restaurant, I had no idea of the great surprise I was in for. The food was superb, the choices so varied that it was hard to choose, and the atmosphere and staff made the experience one I will not soon... More

Picabu Neighborhood Bistro is definitely a neighborhood type of restaurant, in a strip mall in a very nice neighborhood in Spokane. We were traveling through the city and had read recommendations about this small restaurant. The food was well prepared. We had the chicken and corn potstickers and the Rueben sandwich. The pot stickers were very good, soft and not... More
