The good: the chicken mastacoilli (spelling), the minestrone soup and the garlic bread. The house wine was pretty tasty. The bad: eggplant parm was undercooked and rubbery. the pasta dish that comes with the eggplant parm was simply oddly flavored--like citrus-y or something. This restaurant has great italian food, a good atmosphere, friendly staff and is easy to get to on Division (main) Street.
Wonderful kid friendly atmosphere with excellent food. The tables are covered in white paper so the kids can color all over. The complimentary bread is to die for. I love the calazones and the pasta 'bakes'. Always a family favorite.
Tomato Street has the best Italian food in Spokane in my opinion (However I'm not claiming to be an expert). A nice Italian restaurant where you get bread sticks with every meal, and soup or salad. Delicious food. While we weren't into the goofy hats worn by the wait staff, the sevice was promt and friendly. Along with several standard Italian dishes, the menu offered several modified Italian dishes as well. In addition to great taste, serving size was generous (we took home 1/2 our food).
