This bar might not look like a lot from the outside, but it’s definitely worth your time. The bar features tons of beers on tap, a fireplace, live music, pool tables, and shuffleboard. The drinks and food are great and well-priced.

We occasionally go to The Viking before events at the Arena. Sometimes we eat and have several beverages. this last time, we just stopped for a few beers after a day at the fair. When asked if we wanted to order food, we passed. However, other servers were handing out popcorn to the patrons, so my wife went to the... More

My husband and a few friends were in town for a concert at the Event center a few blocks away from this bar and stopped in for a few pre-show cocktails. It was completely packed door to door but it didn't take more than about 15 minutes to get to the bar and get drinks in our hands. The bartenders... More

this is the place we always seem to meet up with friends when visiting from out of town. If you have a group, send someone early to get a table. Service was great. Food is bar food.

Had no idea it would have such great food. A well known Spokane bar for years, the added hard alcohol and food has been a great addition. Loved the baked Mac and Cheese. Three people went and we all were very pleased with the food. Great location, not for a special occasion but great for when you just want to... More

I don't know about their drinks - because I didn't have one - but the food here was really delicious.

This tavern has been remodled and has a great selection of micro brews, though a bit pricy for both the beer and the food it is good for a one off experience. Stay away on Friday night unless you get there before 8 an dont mind the crowds, if you go for lunch try the 11:30 slot or forget getting... More

It'd been years since I'd been to the Viking, now under new ownership. The place generally looks the same, but is much cleaner, better run, friendlier, and has better food. Crazy number of different beers on tap. Nice place for a casual business lunch or to catch a game. Or, shoot some pool!

If finding a large selection of microbeers is your qwest then you've found the motherlode .Rotating microbeers all the time. The food is good and tastie pub food, This ain't Delmonicos but It's a great place to meet friends before and after the Spokane Chiefs Hockey games since it's right up the street from the Arena, The Viking Jepardy Games...
