We love going here when ever family comes to town. It truly is from scratch food and so it takes time. Nothing fast food about it. My husband's family is Danish and they love the food

Breakfast all day. We tried nearly everything on the menu...fantastic!!! Fresh-squeezed orange juice. Don't miss this place. Closes at 2 pm during the week and 3 pm on weekends.

Had the ligonberry crepes today. Excellent. I can't say that about the peach dutch baby. My companion had it and it was doughy to not being cooked in the center. Not good and our waitress said it is supposed to be that way. Please don't be disappointed with this entree for breakfast. Stick with the crepes.

Several cities in which we have visited have had European breakfast offerings and this one has a nice variety. Hubby’s eggs and hamburger were cooked perfectly, my omelet was good although the crab inside was a bit salty. My cousin’s potato pancakes were wonderful and filled with bits of flavorful sausage and herbs. My other cousin’s omelet was cooked nicely... More

I don't usually care for breakfast food, but we decided to try something new (my husband has visited before and enjoyed the food). It was very crowded, especially for 9am on a Saturday, and somewhat noisy. However we were able to get seated quickly. I enjoyed my Swedish crepes, especially the cream cheese filling, but I would have preferred a... More

Every time we are in Spokane visiting our daughter at Gonzaga University we make a point to eat breakfast at the Old European Restaurant. Always enjoy the food…Nice selection of menu items...Delicious German pancakes with applesauce and great Aebelskivers. Service is always exceptional. Pleasant atmosphere.

We got there early and so got a table fairly quickly. It gets quite busy on Sunday mornings. The food is ver good and they have a large selection to choose from. Our waitress was very warm and friendly. We didn't ever feel rushed. It was a very present experience. I recommend this restaurant highly.

We are new to the area and stopped to visit in between appointments. Great food, atmosphere and service. It's sort of a hole in the wall place; however, even during the mid morning in the middle of the week it was busy and the service was outstanding.
