Great food, historical railcar, friendly service and fair prices. I modified my breakfast, with the recommendation of servicer, sandi, I made a completely custom breakfast for myself with no extra charge. Loved this place all around...you are in for a treat if you go.

I just had a wonderful breakfast in a converted 1907 train car. It is a Tuesday morning and there was a 30 minute wait! It was worth the wait! When in Spokane come here. Close to movie theater

We have read about Franks but for some reason had never made it there to eat until this trip to Spokane. As everyone notes, it is a really quaint old rail dining car. The décor makes it somewhat unique. You can sit at the counter or in a booth. Both are good options although at the counter you see the... More

I have come here a few times when I'm in town and the food is always fantastic. Any place that has 5 pounds of hashbrowns on the grill at all times is my kind of place. The breakfast selection has the usual favorites but many dishes are served up with a bit of a twist on classic diner fare. For... More

I loved franks diner! The atmosphere, the staff, and the food was all good. I was seated right away but i was only a party of 2. Expect a wait! Place was very small. Also a little on the pricey side, My BLT sandwich was $10.00? Whats with that? Bacon was delicious but being that is one of the simplest... More

Take a walk back in time and visit this marvelous Northern Pacific Railway Car that has been operating as Franks Diner for many years. If you go on a Sat or Sun morning expect to wait a bit and you might find yourself outside the Diner as waiting room inside is limited. The food is marvelous and if you are... More

Made a quick stop at Frank's after a long day driving, after quickly reading some reviews. When we got there, I couldn't make up my mind, so asked the friendly waiter. He suggested either chicken fried steak or the bacon hamburger. I went with the latter, but think I'd have done better with the former. The burger was too well... More

My husband found this Great Restaurant on Trip Advisor for lunch yesterday so we walked from Riverside Park to try it! I was thrilled to find a railroad car as a Restaurant! The chicken burger was delicious so we planned to return for breakfast today. My husband ate the spicy veggie scramble and I ate the spicy lobster & crab... More
