Everyone should eat here during their visit to Spokane. The ambiance of the old-fashioned train car coupled with delicious food makes for great fun. Service is top-notch and you feel as if you just dined with friends. Whether you choose the downtown or north-side location, you will not be disappointed.

Great decor, huge portions. Classic diner food, lots of meat and potatoes. Breakfasts are hearty, service is decent, if not always the fastest. It is always busy on a weekend morning.

The atmosphere of this diner is nice but I think the amount of food you get for the price makes the overall experience feel less than pleased. It is extremely over priced. Save the money and go somewhere you don't feel hungry after spending a fortune for one person.

Both are great. If you want to eat at Downtown location and you are on the weekend after 9 am, the north location is usually much less of a wait. Our of town guests have unanimously thanked us for the recommendation, too.

This is an old fashioned dinner wrapped inside an old railroad dinning car. The food is delicious, the portions huge, and the service is excellent. Come here to relax and chat, and you'll fit right in. I've never been here when the place wasn't packed. It's easy to find, and if you are having trouble just ask anybody, and I'm... More

Frank's is a breakfast gem in Spokane. Set in a beautifully-restored train car, the setting is unlike any I've seen. We ate there on a weekday, and did not have trouble finding seating but I imagine it can get quite crowded and space is limited. The food was fantastic and filling, with generous portions. My kids were well-treated as well... More

My husband and I went here to have breakfast with friends we hadn't seen in a while. We had just finished the last of our breakfast and were enjoying coffee when a server came to our table and asked if we would be leaving soon because they had quite a line of people waiting. I have never had such rude... More

Attempted to do the NO BRAINER & order the "huckleberry oatmeal" it was not edible. Fruit overpowered the oatmeal and the consistency was very gritty! Could have used it for plaster (not bueno). GREAT fun for kids, not for the health conscious!

Frank ' s has the best breakfast in town. I usually get the eggs benedict with hashbrowns and gravy. Delicious.

The breakfast here is amazing!! Even if you have to wait a bit, its totally worth it. The cooks are amazing when you sit at the counter and the waitresses just as good when sitting in the booths. Don't miss this fabulous train restaurant when coming through Spokane!
