Nobody makes hash browns like Frank's. Heavenly. If you go on the weekend go VERY early because most of Spokane goes then!

My boyfriend's brother is in a nearby hospital. Needed to eat sonething other than hospital food. Had a craving for mashed potatoes and gravy. Saw the diner. Super nice. Service was very good. Coffee refills were plentiful but it wasn't very hot. I had the turkey dinner. It was good, the serving size was more than generous, but it wasn't... More

Busy place be prepared to wait. The service is fast. Watched the 2 chefs and they do earn their money. Food was tasty, we had an omelette and the CBH. Would we go back, maybe, its one of the places you have to try due to the history. After all its just breakfast, same everywhere but a faster service than... More

After reading all the glowing reveiws, we sure had to try this place..! Seriously folks? Service was fine, and it was very busy..It was 'ok'. It's hard to screw up eggs and hashbrowny breakfast items when you've been cranking them out on a grill for a very long time. Absolutely nothing to rave about..The 'white gravy' was awful, but I... The food was really, really amazing. It kind of ruined all other breakfasts for me. Also the atmosphere is just the coolest! It made me feel like I was getting to see apart of history. They also have a waiting area outside with a heater and free coffee and water, which made even the wait for a table a pleasant... More

Service was great, food was very tasty (best pancakes & hashbrowns!) and the 'dining car' is from a bygone era. Will absolutely return ... Recommendation: Don't miss it!!!

Best breakfast food in town! You have to try their bread pudding too! They have great entrees as well.

This bustling converted railway car is very popular spot for breakfast and brunch. Service is fast and friendly. All the usualbreasfast choices from hearty and huge to more modest. I enjoyed a veggie Bennie with a side of fruit. My fellow eater enjoyed waffles with fruit and plenty of syrup. People of all ages there. Even a short queue, especially... More

Frank's Diner wins "Best Breakfast" in Spokane year after year, but as a longtime resident, I just don't get it. Their breakfasts are absolutely fine (it's hard to mess up a diner breakfast, it's pretty simple fare), but the wait for a table is not really worth it. Wait times are often up to an hour on Saturdays and Sundays.... More
