Great food

Wonderful menu, great fish and seafood coices. Wished I had room for dessert. Great place for a large group dinner, we got a separate room.

This a a beautiful, charming, "old world" restaurant, achitecturally. We stopped in for lunch and the menu, at lunch time, is limited. I had the soup, salad & bread unlimited. The minestrone was wonderful and the garden salad with gargonzola cream dressing was outstanding. The rosemary bread, was tasty, too. My husband had the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup... Noisy, crowded, and indifferent food. The service was okay, but rushed. Nothing particularly Italian about the restaurant except for the names of the dishes.

I ate here 3 nights while attending Worldcon in the convention center. It is a convenient 12 minute walk from the convention center, and serves excellent food. Both the Fettuchini alfredo, and Peppersteak were very good, and surprisingly inexpensive compared to some alternatives in the area. The Mozzerella sticks were some of the best I've had. An excellent visit if... More

I went in this restaurant because of the reviews, but I was disappointed. The menu was not very extensive, particularly with regards to the pasta. I expect much more in a nicer Italian restaurant. The wait staff was friendly, but clueless. They knew nothing about the preparation. I ended up ordering a specially made main without a key ingredient. I... More

Walked to this venue from our hotel (Doubletree-separate review). An easy walk of 2 blocks. The restaurant is decorated with great looking wood paneling, and murals depicting Italian farm life. But the muzak is Kenny G. Ad nauseam. My cup of minestrone tasted super and so did my seafood putanesca. My wife liked her lasagna so we were happy with... More

We stopped here for lunch and I had the Spinach of Italy salad and it was outstanding! Everyone's lunch turned out great. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone if you are in the neighborhood.

My family and I spent a night in Spokane on the way to Portland and had dinner at the Italian Kitchen. The ministrone soup was the best I've ever had and my Gorgonzola chicken was outstanding. Fresh home made bread out of the oven. All four of us had excellent meals and the service was fantastic. We travel extensively and... More

I have had dinner several times at the Italian Kitchen. The one plate you cannot miss would be the Lasagna it is made fresh daily and is wonderful. Staff is friendly and the food is good the place is a little limited on seating so call ahead.

Anniversary dinner. My wife's suggestion. Requested a private seating with the reservation and it was waiting for us. Beautiful and nicely lit interior. Loved the ambiance and vibe. Prompt attention by the genuinely friendly staff. A delicious carafe of house Chianti got us started. And most importantly - the most amazing lasagna ever. And I have sampled a few. Hold... More
