Good Enough to Come Back Again.

Being a japanese steakhouse fan I'm pretty hard to please so I'm always cautious about trying a new restaurant. I arrived at 5:30 and was surprised to find the restaurant looked closed, but there was 1 other car there so I went in. I was sat at the first table of the evening with 3 other people so... read more

This is the best sushi value in Spokane. Both sushi chefs do a great job. If you go anywhere else for sushi, you are paying too much. We come here at least once per week and have yet to be let down. Where else can you fill up on sushi and wine for less than $30. Oh, and they serve... More

Met family here for dinner. Shared table (grill) with others, but they were all fun and enjoying the experience. Food was great, lots of it. Didn't begin to eat all they served. Staff was extremely friendy and welcoming. Entering on a bridge over a waterfall was a nice touch to the decor.

When we arrived, they asked for our reservation. We had none, but they took us any way. Japanese Hibachi is our favorite. Shogun did not let us down. The waitress kept our glasses full, the chef gave us more than plenty to eat, and the food was wonderful. We would gladly eat there over and over again.

We dropped in on a whim during a holiday weekend and Saturday night. They were able to seat us with another party in minutes. Our 9 year old was certain he would hate it but found the food on the kids menu to be to his liking and left happy. Our very picky 13 year old loved the soup and... More

No complaints about the quality of the food, however half of the allure of a teppanyaki restaurant is the performance of the chef. Tossed salad was delicious, as was the soup. We ordered a single order of California rolls to split. The eight (count-em - eight!) rolls were fresh and very tasty. Wasabi and ginger were excellent. The main course... More

When we visited on Saturday without a reservation the hostess made us feel most unwelcome but after conferring with someone else, they managed to find us a seat (there were many unoccupied tables throughout the huge establishment). The food tasted good. We had California Rolls to die for. The soup and salad were great. The steak and shrimp were really... More

A group of us went to celebrate a birthday. We were quickly seated and then the fun began. We didn't know a couple of people at our table, but soon were laughing and talking with them. The food is prepared in front of you by a talent and entertaining chef. The food is cooked to perfection. They had a special... More

I went to this place based on the ad in the hotel phone book. I was not disappointed. The chef was extremely skilled, more than any other Japanese Steak House I have ever been to. The food was very good especially considering how far it is from the coast. The price was not bad and the interior rivals your expectations... More

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years and had forgotten how much I liked the food! The fried rice was the best I've ever had. Took my 10 year old for the first time, he watched the chef's tricks in awe. Its not often you can have fun like that while eating dinner out! My only complaint was the... More
