want funky and fun? Good food is just a part of the package

I go here with a friend who has food issues and she is always treated with respect and is always pleased with her meal. I love the Joe's scramble and the coffee is a plus (real cream!!)

Maybe I was too ramped up by all the reviews. It was a perfectly good breakfast nothing to complain about and definitely had the feel of an old style diner. Just didn't knock our socks off. Your Mileage May Vary.....

We had a late breakfast early lunch. This is a casual diner and not a plush restaurant. The atmosphere is casual and friendly. It was our first time there but several of the customers seemed to be pretty regular/repeat customers based on the banter with the staff. The employees are friendly and service is quick and efficient. I had an... More

Some may think that the reference to NY may not be positive....but let me explain..., I'm sitting at the bar of the Sattelite Diner, eating a huge, fresh, tasty breakfast burrito with a hot cup o'Joe...listening to 80's music... Watching my man behind the counter fire up some awesome chow... While singing (off key like I would). Just like the... More

We have eaten breakfast here before and did so again on our last trip to Spokane. The breakfast is GREAT. Fresh ingredients, excellent sauce, good strong coffee. Also a great price. The evening before we had drinks in the lounge and it was $1 taco night. We each had one - it was very good as well and who doesn't... More

Have been here a couple of times and never disappointed! This time brought the kids and sat at the bar behind the kitchen line; they loved it. Food was amazing, service on top of it, and to top it off they had our fave Bootjack IPA. Looks a little sketchy from the outside, do not let that be a deterrent!

doesn't seem to matter what time of day you come here - there is always food and drink (with a capital D) We came for breakfast - had Joe's special burrito and the breakfast sandwich, both yummy (and messy). Wish I lived here so I could enjoy it more than once a year. Service and ambience is great.

What a nice little surprise in Spokane. It's an easy place to miss if you aren't looking for it, but you should be. The food is very good, and it's quite cheap... an excellent bang for your buck and an awesome choice if you are looking for good food that won't bankrupt you.

Went here for breakfast and got to experience this quirky little place. Food was fast, warm and good and you get a little dose of the eccentric side of the city. A fun spot to get a hearty breakfast
