Late Wednesday night only a few people in a large restaurant. Obviously a vegetarian, lots of gluten free. Free range chicken was very good but quite pricey. Apple and cheese salad w/walnuts and mixed baby greens was excellent. Poached pear in amaretto with coconut ice cream for dessert. Excellent friendly server who was very knowledgeable in the foodie stuff. Nice... More

I had eaten here last year after spending a week at a health retreat so knew if I wanted healthy food I'd have to return. This year it was more of a good thing - the staff is SO SO nice and very attentive. Even though I was eating alone, I was treated like a princess. The waitress guided me... More

Disagree with the person calling this expensive. We had two creative, protein filled salads, two craft beers and two entrees. With tax and a decent tip was $75. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Ambiance is charming, warm and thoughtful. We are not gluten free or vegan, but they seem to to have huge selection to suit all dietary discretions.

We dined here recently, on a road trip from Seattle to Colorado Springs. The food was very good, but very expensive for a city like Spokane. Prices were comparable to NY and LA. We were there on a week night, yet they seemed to be under staffed. Our waitress seemed to disappear for long stretches. Too much waiting on our... More

This restaurant is downtown, immediately adjacent to the center of riverside park. Cannot ask for a better location. Food is excellent, can be a bit noisy when busy. Service was attentive. Menu a bit eclectic, but you will have no trouble finding something really interesting to eat. If you have to wait, it is right next to a couple really... More

Eating at Mizuna puts you in a warm, casual environment as you enjoy clever, delicious and pretty health meals. It's great to go with a group because you can try more dishes, and their dishes vary significantly. This is a spot suited for diners from vegans to beef lovers, gluten avoiders, locavores and those with more exotic tastes. Our group... More

We stopped here for dinner on recommendations from both people on trip advisor and from the concierge at our hotel. Everyone was right! This place was great! Our server helped us pick an amazing bottle of wine to go with our meal choices and service was great. The only disappointment was the wild boar rib appetizer - it was tough... More

Stopped by for a bite while wandering around downtown. Here's the "Honest Scoop": 1. Interesting and varied menu. They serve vegan, vegetarian AND dishes with meat and fish. So, something for everyone. 2. Where else are you going to get a sweet potato quesadilla appetizer? 3. My wife had a peanut/chicken wrap - she thought it was under-seasoned. 4. I... More

Mizuna is by far one of my favorite places to eat is Spokane!! There's a nice variety for meat eaters and vegans alike. Love that they use so many local vendors for their food, you can taste the freshness in the food! Definetly recomend Mizuna if you are in Spokane!

We had the Sesame Crusted, Seared Ahi Salad and it was simply superb. I had never had this before as it was recommended to us by our friend. Would have to say we were not disappointed. Staff and service were good and would have no problems recommending. Worth trying this restaurant.
