I discovered Europa as a grad student in 1993. For a reasonable (very reasonable) price you could get minestrone and /or garlic bread and salad. The minestrone is to die for. The right spices, not too sugary or pasta-y, a cup gets you by til dinner, and a bowl IS dinner. Glad this venerable eatery survives. more
