The sushi is fresh and presentable. The happy hour from 3:00 to 5:00 daily is the reason I went. The waiter Daniel forgot the menus, napkins, chopsticks, edamame (but he took it off the bill after we questioned it), pens to sign the check, water. He was probably too busy looking in the mirror.

A very nice, cozy and attractive restaurant; food is tastey and imaginative; we try to stop here every time we're in town.

Ginger Bistro is our favorite restaurant in Spokane! Your meal is prepared right in front of your eyes. Fresh, delicious, and innovative. Good service, good value, good times.

Ginger’s prices aren’t cheap. My boss invited the office out to celebrate: Office Administration Professional’s Day, a co-worker’s birthday and work anniversary of a coworker. To alleviate some of the sticker shock, he took us out to Ginger’s happy hour, which is daily 3-5 PM. There were a lot of delicious and reasonably priced small plates. Ginger is a pan... More

As always, Gingers food and service are top notch! Best sushi in town! You need to try it if you have not been there!

I've had sushi all over the country and this is some of the best I've had. The atmosphere was clean, fresh, and comfortable. The waitress was wonderful and the chef's were friendly and top notch. I was very pleased with the entire dining experience and I've been craving it ever since. I would definitely eat there more often if I... More

Happy Hour from 3-5 each day is a great deal. Limited selection but the prices are good, the atmosphere is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food is very good.

My daughter brought home the Alaska Roll and it was so good. It's a baked salmon roll with a spicy sauce. Love it! Now I just order it for take out.

IF you take 6 or more guests, they will only take one check and tack on the tip. Food is gourmet quality and well-presented, but the venue can be chilly in winter. Multiple visits.

Pass on the sushi, and if you must eat here because you are meeting friends that like Ginger Bistro, then stick to the cooked Chinese food. You probably shouldn't ever have Chinese rice on sushi, but this is Spokane and I was willing to accept the rice gaff for decent sushi, until I received sushi made from fish that wasn't... More
