Good atmosphere

Nice evening meal with my spouse. We were staying at the hotel attached so it was an easy choice. Good service, decent food and great beer selection. Pleasant, warm atmosphere.

Stumbled in to this pub across from the Davenport Hotel, on a recent business trip. Tried the Chili and Fries for lunch... What an awesome lunch. I came back for dinner with my Niece, Nephew, 2 Great Nieces, and stopped by for lunch the next day with my Brother. It was all very good, what a great place to eat...... More

Good service, good beer on tap but the onion rings, fish and chicken strips were floppy (not crisp). Burger and wings were good although my son was delivered hot wings inadvertently which added to the entertainment. The server graciously corrected the mistake and supplied milk to cool the spicy mouth.

This is one of several dining options within the Davenport Collection. It is always a pleasure to visit. Food and Service are both consistently good.

After a long, delayed flight, Post Street Ale House was perfect for a couple of weary travelers hitting town at the awkward 3:00 in the afternoon hour. We shared the BEST RUEBEN EVER, with chunks of real corned beef instead of sliced, processed meat. We also had steamer clams in a delicious creamy sauce with good bread for dipping. The... More

We were looking for food and a beer after a show downtown and so the four of us stopped into the Post St. Ale House, They had a limited late nite menu but the selections were still good. Two of us had the chopped smoked pork sand and it was very large and flavorful! The Service was terrific! The beer... More

They have a great selection of beers on tap with a fun sampler paddle that you can choose which beer you'd like to try. Great place for Friday after work drinks, always busy and full of happy ready for the weekend people. The food is ok, though we've only tried the bar type snacks. Bartenders are not so friendly, which... More

... But everything else just average. The food was ok, we ate at the bar and the bartender service was very good. The atmosphere wasn't bad so if your looking to grab a beer and looking for variety this is a good place to stop.

Good variety of rotating taps. Food was mediocre. Service was slow down at the end of the bar-the only seats left on a Friday night. I don't plan to go back.

The fish was yummy. Restaurant was super busy on a Saturday night. It was a seat yourself setting, so call ahead for reservations if you have time.
