Two words- duck prosciutto! Besides the last(not best cut) of pork chop all the food was exceptional! Expect to pay but in a town filled with chains and fast food joints it's a breath of fresh air! Smart food made with passion and creativity!

Everything was fresh and wonderful. The price was fair given the outstanding quality of the food.

We went here for dinner, then a mid-afternoon snack/wine, then lunch all in one weekend. Everything was outstanding. Great atmosphere and lively, kind staff. Definitely underrated on Traveladvisor.

I really enjoyed my breakfast at Santé. Can't remember the name of the egg dish (ok, my French is rusty). It came in a hot skillet with great potatoes and homemade bread. Very good black coffee, which is super important in my book. Service was friendly and attentive, but not over attentive like you might find at an upscale hotel,... More

I went with my wife and kids and we spent 3 hours sampling the cuisine. We were simply blown away with the flavors and texture of the foods. We would highly recommend Sante to anyone willing to settle in a a fantastic restaurant for a couple of hours.

I read the reviews of this restaurant and I was very excited to have dinner as I expected to have a great experience. I will not discount the entire dining experience as bad because there were parts of our dinner that were very good. We had the Gnocchi which was very good, followed by the Spinach Salad, again very good.... More

We had dinner at Sante's on a Thursday and were sadly disappointed. The Kobe beef was tougher than anything sold at Costco and the pork chop was dry and overcooked. Pork should be cooked to 160 degrees max. The beef was also ill-prepared. A local winery had recommended the restaurant. With the experience with the main course we dared not... More

The "deconstructed" menu listings hint at what you're in for at Sante. As example: CHARCUTERIE PLATE. Duck Prosciutto. Salami. Terrine. Cheese. Baguette. Mustard. Confiture $13 CRESPELLA. Goat Cheese and Leek Stuffed Crepe. Walnut Confit. Olive Oil. Balsamic. Baguette. $8 APRICOT SORBET. Apricot Preserves. Sliced Almonds. Apricot Paper. $6 PERIODS. Punctuating. Each Phrase. Or Word. Just. Like. That. It sort of... More

I have been a number of times and just love it. We live in Spokane and while we eat out all over town, this is our favorite place. I never give the top rating because I always think there is something they can do better, but honestly, this place is the best around.

Five of us dined at Sante at the end of July on a Wednesday evening. It was quiet, just a few other tables. The food was sensational, wonderful flavours, nice and clean. The staff were outstanding with their description of the dishes and recommendations of wines to accompany them. It was a great experience and all of us thoroughly enjoyed... More
