Always Good

Here is another great place to eat. We waited 50 minutes to get in...Saturday, Mother's Day weekend. Well worth the wait! My wife and I split a California Scramble, more than enough. Also I ordered a side of their country gravy...a must. Another quality aspect of this cafe .... good coffee.

Our 6th WA visit always includes a breakfast at the Maltby Cafe. This breakfast is a highlight of every WA visit, a much anticipated experience. The pancakes, scrambled eggs, link sausage and coffee or tea at the Maltby is an experience you won't forget. The menu is vast, all breakfast winners. I would caution, bring your appetite.

Eat well and eat big! Maltby Cafe has a variety of great breakfast and their signature cinnamon rolls The place is always packed and don't be surprise if you have to wait in line to get in. However you can always go there earlier! And also sit on the counter! Not matter how busy they are you never run out... More

If you don't mind waiting in line....well worth the wait though! When you place your order ask for a take out box...you'll need it. I'm having leftovers for breakfast right now & it's delish. Will definitely go back for their giant cinnamon roll!!!

Normally when we go through seattle on our way to BC we stop for breakfast inn Seattle. With the recent to increase in minimum wage we tried someplace out of town I'm glad we did. The Matly had better food and service I had the whole hog omelette It as tasty. The potatoes were excellent as well

How fun! This place is a Blast! We split the 3 egg California Eggs Benedict with a side of Montana Bacon!! Wahoo! Starbucks Coffee! We loved every bite. We thought we'd take some home but we just kept having one more bite and then it was GONE!

We have been here many times and it never disappoints. The food is delicious and the service great. You can wait up to an hour for a table during their peak times, but you can go outside and visit the shops across the parking lot as they have a speaker in there that announces names when your table is ready.... The Maltby Cafe is a bit rustic, out of the way cafe, in Maltby WA. The food is always exceptional, service is friendly and attentive. Winner of several best breakfast in the Seattle area awards. You may have to wait to be seated, but well worth your time. Open for Breakfast and Lunch. The Maltby serves a variety of egg... More

Delicious and a popular place for brunch! Its an out of the way casual brunch, with great food and a delightful staff. The portions are huge so remember that when ordering. On the weekends it gets VERY busy so be prepared to wait. Put your name in and then walk around the adjoining shops, they have outdoor paging so you... More

This is a family friendly restaurant with great food. I've only been there for Saturday or Sunday brunch. It is always crowded. The restaurant is down a flight of stairs, may be difficult to get to if you have mobility issues. I don't know how they handle wheelchairs.
