Stopped in for a late lunch today and had the Country Salad. What an ingenious combination of deliciousness! Also, the lemonade hit the spot, big time! Service this time was a tad slow, but very pleasant. Will always go back to the Maltby!

This is an incredibly popular restaurant that serves breakfast until closing at 3 PM every day along with lunch. No matter the day or time it is crowded. The service is great and the wait if any is worth it. The portions are large so breakfast is shareable. The cinnamon rolls are the best any where. The prices are reasonable.... More

The Maltby Café in Snohomish, WA is a very busy restaurant and we have never been there without waiting at least 20 minutes. Even though the café is always busy and full of patrons, I never feel rushed to complete a meal once we are seated. The café is large and probably seats close to 80 people, but the tables... More

Large portions and almost always take some home. Love the different combinations of scrambles and omelets. Almost too many to choose from. Didn't have a long wait during the week. Always a long line on weekends but it is worth the wait.

Maltby Café has been around for about 30 years and I have been going there for since the early 1990's. The bacon is to die for and they do everything right. Very generous portions and greet ingredients. Also they do a great lunch. My favorite is the Turkey melt. I've never had better. Some of the very friendly wait staff... More

We went to an early lunch yesterday and had a great experience. The waitress was very helpful and very attentive to our table as well as those around us. When the food came it was hot and large portions. The cinnamon rolls are very big and well worth getting. We took one home and had it this morning, sugar high.... More

I first visited the Maltby Cafe when I was in Washington 11 years ago. I finally got back there the other day and was so pleased I did. If you're visiting anywhere in the Seattle area, you have got to turn on your GPS and get to this restaurant!! Go hungry because the portions are gigantic. I had an omelet... More

It's very busy, whenever I have been there - why? Because they have fantastic food, served with a smile. Our group of 8 was served fast, refills came without our having to ask for them, no problem with individual checks. We shared one of these enormous cinnamon rolls, and they even divided that on our checks, very thoughtful - no... More

The food is excellent with very unique meals on their specials board. Their signature cinnamon roll is fantastic and huge. A meal in itself. They can turn simple egg dishes into a gourmet meal. If you are in Washington and near this area and don't stop in, you are missing a great meal, Worth the money.
