Food good. Service sucked. Waited over on hour to get food after ordered. Waitresses totally ignored us after ordering our food. Very rude.

My brother and his wife flew in from Honolulu and drove all the way to shelton in the rain for a gueyduc dinner. Last time my brother was here we had sauted gueyduck and lightly breaded gueyduc. This time the gueyduc was so thickly breaded it is was hard to taste the clam. A couple of pieces were even burnt... More

Xinh's is located a half hour North of Olympia in Shelton...a somewhat depressed community. About the only reason I can think of for going to Shelton is to dine at this restaurant. Xinh is the name of the owner, who also happens to be the chef. She is a larger than life figure that spends countless hours giving of her... More

Wonderfully prepared FRESH seafood in an unassuming setting. It's hard to believe this food is being offered in "little old Shelton", but unfortunately the service and setting are not quite up to the high standard the kitchen produces. Some of this is understandable as they are only open Thursday through Saturday and only for dinner (so plan accordingly), but it's... More

Lovely unusual presentation of seafood. Always a favorite place. Fresh fish is one of my favorites, and the crab cakes are a must.

If you love oysters, clams, muscles and everything in between from the sea, that this is a not-to-be-missed restaurant. Xinh is the owner and she and her staff don't miss a beat in taking the best from the sea and bringing it to the table. The fried oysters melt in your mouth, the mussels in curry sauce are unbelievable and... More

All the reviews about the amazing food here are so true. Seafood is wonderful, flavors interesting, and portions generous. We had fresh halibut perfectly prepared. Tasty house salad with tahini dressing. Crab cakes that my husband declared were the best he'd ever had. Ambiance is pleasant but not exceptional. We had to wait a while before the server came to... The stars aligned to justify the longest trip to a dining destination I've ever made! I'd eaten only once before at Xinh's and that was occasioned thanks to having business in the Shelton area about five years ago. This time, it was an opportunity to tour the Bloedel Reserve on Bainbridge Island yesterday afternoon, and then to drive another 75... More

Xinh's is temporarily open only Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The food is better than ever and the service has improved so much over the years that we have been going here! This place could be moved to downtown Seattle and would soon be labeled the best in the city. Try the egg roll appetizer followed by whatever seafood you... More
