Love their crepes...

I ordered an omelet with cheese and mushrooms, sour dough toast, and hash browns plus 1/2 crepe with blueberries and slice bacon. Obviously I was hungry. It was satisfying. The Pine Tree is a hole-in-the-wall type restaurant. Nothing fancy, "Plain Jane" sparse, though I see they are cleaning up... read more

The Pine Tree is a hole-in-the-wall type restaurant. Nothing fancy, "Plain Jane" sparse, though I see they are cleaning up a little better: windows are now clean. I always like to... More

I watched the man pick young girls whos boyfriends or husbands where on drugs and bring them in like the field of dreams. Yes there were young children old enough to fit the bill in an alchohol state, Kids are the new money tree in that time ask a loggers son, assuming he would spend the time to check his... More

The Pine Tree is a blue collar staple that you would find in most small towns. Probably one of if not the oldest resturant in Shelton. Right outside the gates of Simpson Mills which is why Shelton exists. Being a logging town and continues to be today. Good home cooked meals and expect the waitresses to call you "Honey". We... The food i've eaten here has always been good. It's been greasy at times but good. The service is good. A lot of locals.

The Pine Tree has been in Shelton for a long time...well over 70 years. It is located on the corner of 1st and Railroad. Highway 101, before the Shelton bypass was built, ran right along 1st Street, so this place was ready to serve up the traveler's meals. In addition, it is located only a few blocks from the big... Sunday in Shelton seems slow. We dropped into the Pine Tree for breakfast, biding time while a friend was still in Church. Im a coffee snob and regretted turning my mug up for just a second. The server made sure the coffee was fresh and hot and it was pretty good--made honestly and regularly. The burger was really good--fries crispy... More

I have always liked their menu, it is affordable, but their atmosphere, booths and general look and cleanliness of restaurant is wanting. Service has changed in the last years with the regular staff turnover, less staff.

We went here this Sunday morning for breakfast. We walked inside and it was like a blast from the past. I'm sure people who were in this place 40 years ago would tell you it looks EXACTLY the same. Everything is old and outdated. It looks like a scene from a mid 1950's movie. We had 1 hour to eat... More
