The crabcakes were good but not sensational. The bouillabaisse was good but not sensational. The view is lovely. The service is lackadaisical. It is high price to pay for average quality food and less than average service.

The small restuarant's decor is basic, but the view of the marina and harbor is nice. Food was good, though not great, and rather pricey.

Good food. Nice setting. You can sit and watch the commercial crabbers depart and return with their fresh catch of dungness crabs which I'm thinking some of them are served fresh from the boats. After dinner you can take a nice stroll through the beautiful park like John Wayne marina.

Nice little place. The food quality is great but $180.00 for 2 adults and 2 teenagers with no drinks is excessive. Service was ok. The kitchen is a little slow.

Excellent service. Waiter knew her menu. The seating is limited (it is by a marina). Best crab sandwich I have ever had.

This was an anniversary dinner and it couldn't have been better. Our window table was waiting for us and it was a beautiful evening. The first bonus of the evening was that one of the waiters approached our table and said he had made a mistake and since we were the anniversary table we were receiving a beautiful bowl of... More

We arrived for a late lunch on a Wednesday and were not greeted within 5 minutes so we seated ourselves and waited and waited for a staff member...anyone...to appear. (There were others after us who also waited quite a while to be seated.)It took a while but a surly staff member came over to clean and reset the table. In... More

When one tastes that 1st bite of Dungeness crab wrapped in a creamy beschamel sauce flavored with things that wanna make you smile it makes the next experience one to be anticipated, referring to the crab gratinee appetizer. Tho still tasty, last night's version didn't deliver the wow factor..a 22.95 tag for an "appetizer" is presumptuous for the atmosphere of... More

We were quite disappointed with the Dockside Grill. The food was adequate, but very overpriced for what we had, and is certainly nothing special.

This is a really nice, "upper scale" for the area restaurant. The food was simple, but extremely tasty, it's got a good atmosphere and the service was excellent! Make reservations. It was busy.
