The "Dockside Grill", based on it's beautiful location, could easily fall into a pattern too often experienced. Any given location with a great view seems to warrant the "high end" cost of the meal, leaving the diner with a great view, a big bill, but a truly mediocre meal. This is not the case at the Dockside Grill. Yes, the... More

We went by the restaurant on a previous stop at the John Wayne Marina but didn't go in. This time we did and were pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious even if a bit over-priced. It was a beautiful day and an excellent experience to leave Sequim on.

We showed up as a walk in. I recommend reservations. the staff was courteous and the food was very good. Except for the baked polenta everything was great. It was bit pricey though.

I really don't understand how this place continues to get good reviews. Since I am local, I continue to give this place a chance once or twice a year or when I am invited as was the case last night and had to go. I order this: Shrimp & Grits (description off website menu) Organic stone ground grits w/ jalapeno... More

This restaurant strives to be high end. The prices may seen on the high side but the meals include a salad or soup so if you factor that in, they are not bad price wise. The food was good but maybe more 80's than now. The confetti-like sprinkle of red bell pepper bits on the edge of the plate went... More

Service really friendly. Location scenic. Food delicious, but pricey. Seafood bisque and crab fritters really good.

You will definitely want to get a reservation for this restaurant. They get quite busy at primetime, but well worth the wait if you can't get seated right away. I've been here twice, and both times the drinks were well made and the food was excellent. Lunch most recently presented us with the best sliders we have ever eaten!

My husband and I ate here one night on the advice of the Inn we were staying at. I was seriously less than impressed. It is set at a Marina and if you enjoy looking at other people's boats this is the place for you. Spectacular water views, not so much. The service was terrible, and we were there late... More

The crabcakes were good but not sensational. The bouillabaisse was good but not sensational. The view is lovely. The service is lackadaisical. It is high price to pay for average quality food and less than average service.
