The menu is constantly changing with the seasons, and is always excellent . The wine list, while not extensive, is carefully selected and pairs well with all the foods that are served. Unlike most hotel restaurants, the service easily matches the quality of the food that is being served– both are excellent!

The food was tasty except for the fish & chips. Unfortunately, my husband said there was more batter than fish, he did enjoy the french fries. The second night we ordered the cheese platter which offered a nice selection of cheeses, toast and fresh fruit. The prices were good as were the beers.

We were overnighting at an airport hotel, and otherwise had no idea where we were but want to go out for dinner. We were looking for something better than room service or a hotel restaurant and found Copperleaf Restaurant & Bar on the internet. Our evening started with a great Uber experience and we were fortunate to be seated where... More

Spent three nights at the Cedarbrook Lodge and had our first-night meal at Copperleaf. Wonderful 5-star cuisine, impeccable service, set in an elegant restaurant surrounded by beautiful grounds. Definitely a place for a special treat.

Copperleaf fits right into the Cedarbrook experience as a huge cut above the average airport hotel. The food is very good, the atmosphere and decor upscale, and the service is good if a bit hoity toity. All in all worth doing.

Wonderful tastes, nicely presented. I liked that it included foods and ingredients from the region without much hype.

This restaurant is one of the few hotel restaurants I've found to be truly excellent. Each dish was designed with imagination, but without the exotic weirdness that seems to have seized the minds of some chefs. The dishes were combinations of ingredients that really worked, yet were new to me. I was tempted away from my usual green salad appetizer... More

Eggs were a little runny but all else was quite delicious. Definitely an exceptional bonus included in your room rate.

It's really nice to get a great meal when you're staying at a hotel that's a little out of the way. Wonderful menu, ambiance, service and the food does not disappoint. We loved the hotel and we loved the Copperleaf.
