Delicious!

Pricey, but worth every penny. Delicious food and a very allergy-conscious staff. A substantial portion of the menu is gluten-free, too.

We stayed at the Cedarbrook Lodge for a night (which was fantastic) and happily found the Copperleaf Restaurant to be just what we needed after a long travel week. We had a pretty simple meal, burgers, but the quality was wonderful and it's a lovely spot with a nice peaceful atmosphere and nice decor. The staff are very pro, it's... More

The best included breakfast of any hotel I've visited anywhere. The buffet varies from day to day but includes egg dishes, fresh fruit, juices, pastries, cereal, even smoked salmon.

Had just gotten off the Victoria Clipper. Got to a Hotel close to the airport. Knowing a large percentage of close restaurants would be fast food. Then we found Copperleaf restaurant in Cedar Brook Lodge. What a find ! ! ! If you know Victoria, B.C. the food is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Was fully expecting a poorer quality meal and service.... After being stuck in traffic for over one hour had to cancel our downtown reservations and gave up on a nice dinner. We were surprised to find the best place for a quite meal was at our hotel! Copperleaf was the perfect end to our day. The halibut was cooked perfectly, the lamb dish was a taste treat. The service... More

My wife and I had dinner here with my stepdaughter and her husband during an overnight layover on our recent trip to Puerto Vallarta. This restaurant is within a large resort, We had dinner outdoors. The food was tremendous, and mainly made from locally sourced meat and vegetables. This is a rather expensive restaurant, but worth checking out.

Finally made it to the Copperleaf Restaurant as I do business around SeaTac often. Lunch prices are typical for a fine establishment as it is…$14-$25. Had the Dungeness Crab sandwich which was delicious. Very good quality food. Setting is like a rustic lodge. Outdoor patio was nice; surrounded by trees so you don't see the nearby high-rise businesses nor SeaTac... More

We ended up eating here several times during our stay. We had lunch outdoors from the lounge menu. Wonderful Caesar salad with shrimp. Generous portion, tasty. Had dinner twice. The tasting menu is a good value but way too much food for me. Liked the artichoke starter and the tuna small plate.
