This restaurant was a surprise. The food is world-class, and served efficiently. Used tableware was removed quickly, and wine suggestions offered freely. I had an incredible venison dinner, and my wife had a memorable roasted duck breast. The suggested wine was an excellent pairing. I don't believe you can find a better restaurant experience within 10 miles of the Copperleaf.... More

If we hadn't been so tired from travelling we would have complained. Will NEVER eat there again. Service was slow. The starter tasted like a greasy peanut butter sandwich. It had a posh name but can't remember it.

Great taste, organic and naturally healthy! They are very accommodating with food allergies as well.

My husband surprised me by finding this beautiful place. I was willing to just grab some food at the hotel after a rainy drive from Vancouver. So glad we ventured out. Such a beautiful dining room, knowledgable and attentive wait staff, and delicious food. The food is local for the most part and elegantly presented. Only wish we had stayed... More

Good food, nicely presented. The Copperleaf Restaurant is in a beautiful space. I would give them 5 stars, but they underpay their workers.

Dear Polly277, Thank you for your review of Copperleaf Restaurant. I’m pleased that you had an enjoyable experience but am concerned you feel we underpay our workers. Cedarbrook Lodge has a strong commitment to its employees and provides a premium living wage in compliance with all City of SeaTac ordinances. Currently our minimum wage is $15.00 per hour. I look... This is the second year in a row that we have celebrated my mothers birthday at Copperleaf. The room has high ceilings, beautiful crafted in a lodge type setting with comfortable seating. The menu had offerings for everyone young and old. The server was knowledgeable, had a good sense of humor and made suggestions that we wouldn't have thought of.... More

Dinned at Copperleaf based on reviews on TripAdvisor. The menu most certainly a gem in the SeaTac area. Vanilla Infused Quince was fabulous, Risotto was delicious. Crispy Sea Bass was raved about. Diver Scallops were prepared well but not a fan of the pairing with beets. You must have the Huckleberry Maple Ice Cream for dessert. However, the meal was... More

I checked into the Cedarbrook Lodge around 1:30PM and wanted a late lunch. While the Copperleaf's menu was excellent, nothing really struck me but I noted they had the ingredients for a salad with Dungeness Crab on it so I asked for that. They graciously made it for me. (It was based on a Caesar salad that was a little... More

I was a guest/host at a business dinner for important customers this week. We originally planned a site closer to their employment and were politely told our original site was not a popular choice. We floated the idea of the Copperleaf and immediately, all hands went up! Service was terrific from free valet parking to attention to detail. Our server,... More

The kitchen staff here consistently (for the 3 times we've visited over a period of 2 years) puts out good tasting dishes. This last visit was a bit off however with the service we received. As everything and everyone else at the restaurant and property was excellent I'm willing to chalk it up to a very bad day for our... More
