After a disappointing dinner here with Seattle friends last year, my husband and I returned to the restaurant hoping for a better experience. We decided to do both dinner and lunch. For dinner, we both selected the tasting menu. Each course was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, with a great variety of textures and flavors. There was only one morsel... More

Upscale dining experience in sea-tac/tukwila boutique hotel off the beaten path. Heavily organic menu with beautifully prepared dishes presented in a handsome space (patio seating in season is worth requesting.). A "taster's" delight with smaller portions to savor plus a cocktail menu worth reading/sampling & thoughtful NW wine list by glass or bottle. This trip had a marvelous heirloom tomato... More

I couldn't find ANYTHING to dislike. It's a bit pricey but not out of line for the hotel, the food and the service. We enjoyed superb seafood dishes and desserts; a great conversation with a couple at the next table added enjoyment to the meal. It's a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere... but a true fine dining experience.

Great ombiance food and service Chef even comes out to the table to visit customers Great wine list. I sat by the fireplace it looks more like a mountain lodge than a restaurant and is quiet and comfortable seats. The bar is next door and as well is very comfortable and I feel like I am in someone's very upscale... More

We were tired from our vacation and had not made reservations for dining at the Copperleaf Restaurant inside Cedarbrook -- so instead opted for the adjoining cozy bar section. Great atmosphere, warm and friendly wait staff, wonderful food and microbrews, all at a good price. Definitely not the average airport meal fare!! I would go back for the food, even... More

The chef is inventive and knows what he's doing. The food is somewhat expensive but worth the money.

Surprisingly great food at an an airport hotel. Thought it was the best meal i had in Seattle. Shared the olive oil-roast beets, miso-glazed pacific hamach cru and Neah Bay halibut. All excellent. The pineapple upside down cake and mint chocolate chip "ice cream sandwich" were great desserts. Great service too.

Great surprise that this small boutique hotel near Seatac Airport had such a great restaurant on the premises. It was one of the best meals we ate while in Seattle!

In the midst of SeaTac Airport district, this restaurant is located in a quiet wooded area with lots of greenery. One would never expect such a place in the middle of this busy airport area. The place seems very laid back, no one seems to be in a hurry. Most of the customers are hotel patrons. We decided to go... More
