Easter Sunday my Son invited me to join him for Brunch. We had no reservations anywhere so it was a tall order. On top of that he was treating me to a ride in his beautiful new Porche so safe parking was a major consideration. I had dining at the Copper Leaf Restaurant on my bucket list so threw it... More

One of the better hotel restaurants I've been in... but still feels like a hotel restaurant. Hard to avoid that though.

I've been here on serval occasions for two all-day business conferences with my company. The atmosphere is very nice ... elegant to NW rustic. The grounds around the lodge and restaurant are gorgeous. The customer service is second to none. All the restaurant staff are professional yet friendly and outgoing. On one occasion we were a group of about 30... More

We started with Olive Oil-Braised New Crop Potatoes White Sturgeon Caviar, Grilled Leeks, Crispy Mad Hatcher Hen Egg, Truffle Beet Vinaigrette. Then I had Mesquite-Roasted Garnet Yam Risotto “Foraged & Found” Mushrooms, Glazed Swiss Chard, Honeycrisp Apple Brown Butter and my husband had Caramelized Diver ScallopsNavel Orange-Roasted Beets, Caramelized Endive, Fennel Pollen Vinaigrette. I couldn't recommend one over the other... More

Not being familiar with the area, I thought that the Copperleaf Restaurant at Cedarbooke Lodge would be another uninspired and average restaurant. What a surprise! This restaurant is of a caliber deserving a Michelin Star. The staff was attentive and efficient, the food was beautifully presented and delicious, the menu varied and interesting. Definitely a wonderful farm to table addition... More

I liked everything. The sea bass and the surprise treats and the delicious coffee! The bread is fresh and the butter is soft and made of local cream and a small hint of salt.
