Award winning chef

I did not splurge on full dinners. However the salads, appetizers and sandwiches were not only delicious, but extravagantly beautiful.

If you are staying on International Blvd and walking over, you may think you got your wires crossed on the address. There is nothing higher end, perhaps not even medium end with the residential area you will walk through. And then tucked in some trees, you come upon the Copperleaf Restaurant and Cedarbrook Lodge. We asked for a table outside... More

You would never guess it could exist, why would it? - but less than 2 miles from SeaTac airport lies the Cedarbrook Lodge and Spa and a real gem of a restaurant and bar called the Copperleaf Restaurant. The entire facility is tucked away in a tree lined park area within a suburban neighborhood. Acoustically sheltered from only the largest... More

We found this restaurant by accident. The dinner was fantastic. We had the king salmon. What can I say it was delicious . This is a sleeper of a restaurant. It was elegant and the service was spot on.

It was convenient to go to the restaurant after a cruise arrival when we did not feel like going into town. Ate in an outdoor setting that was both beautiful and peaceful. Service was great and food was tasty.

The Copperleaf is a regular destination when we are in the South Sound area. The menu changes on a seasonal basis and the restaurant hosts many special events during the year. Many of the events involve guest chefs and they are among the best in the Seattle area. I love the open, airy milieu of the restaurant and the food... More

The restaurant has a great atmosphere both inside and out. We sat outside on the patio, which was very peaceful and relaxing not to mention beautiful. The food was good. The menu is pretty small but still offers something for everyone. Prices were a little high even though it is a "farm to table restaurant." The service was slow. There... More

We arrived very early for cocktails at the lobby bar in a wonderful setting. In about two hours, we went for dinner at the dining room and were told that no table would be available for 20 to 30 min. I explained to them we had been there for over two hours. In about 5 minutes, they seated us. The... More

Fish was good. Noise level is fairly high. The service from the cocktail bar was very slow and the price of drinks seemed very high..
