Spoil your grandchildren and buy them an ice cream cone here!

This is the place to take your grandchildren and buy them ice cream cones. Over 35 flavors are offered. Fun place to visit. Decorated like the 1950 – 1960’s inside. Playing Oldies but Goodies Rock Music through their sound system (not too loud). Part of the restaurant is set-up like an... read more

Saw their sign adjacent to the river trail and headed over to check it out since we were staying at the hotel across the parking lot and I like to have a "walk to" restaurant option when traveling. It was early and the breakfast menus were still out, so I inquired about lunch. A very sweet lady brought me the... More

Had breakfast here with my dad today. AWESOME! Nice atmosphere with fun oldies music. Service was fantastic. Breakfast was really, really good. I had the cheese omelet with the hash brown casserole and it was very tasty. Excellent omelet. My dad had the chicken fried steak breakfast and thought it was outstanding. I had not been here for breakfast before.... More

Fantastic ice cream and they also serve a really good breakfast! It was within walking distance from our hotel, which made breakfast a wonderful experience. Their entire staff was very personable and friendly.

What better place to take your kids to than a Ice Cream Parlor? Duh, no where. Ok, well Maui might rank a close second. When I saw the reviews for Rosy's 50's diner, I was excited. As you learn in life though, anticipation is half the fun and sometimes, all of it. The diner was mostly 50's with the mandatory... More

More like a 50's sci-fi B-film than an actual eating establishment. Place was only half full at dinner time when we ordered simple diner food. Took 28 minutes to arrive! Meat was charred, bread items were stale, and the ketchup tasted weird(according to tweener). So even the kids didn't like the food. Wait staff was pleasant but the costume/make up... More

We did an Internet search and stumbled upon Rosy's. It sounded like it would be fun for the kids. We arrived and discovered it was in a funky strip mall location. And although they did their best to try and give the impression of a 50s diner, it just didn't work. The atmosphere was more Goodwill than Happy Days. The... More

Old time soda parlor decor, with items I recognized from my teen years. Great home-style ice cream of many flavors. Old fashioned malts and shakes,as well as multi-scoop sundaes. The sweet potato french-fries, with marmalade dipping sauce, are to die for! Great choice of sanwiches, from vegetarian to meat lovers delights. Private dining room for parties or special events. Their... More

I have been a Rosy's regular since 2008. The new owners changed the entire menu to reflect their home-made dishes that are healthy and delicious. Their award-winning ice cream draws hundreds to the doors all year long. Add 5 monthly Sock Hops with vintage music and rock-and-roll dancing, and Rosy's is a "can't miss" destination for the entire family.
