Having moved here from the east coast, my husband and I love Bagels. Once we found this restaurant, it is our only go-to bagel place! We have tried many of the bagels (they have over 35 different types) and we love the lox and cream cheese, the breakfast sandwiches, and the many choices of meats and cheeses along with vegies... Get here for the freshest bagels on the Eastside. We can't get enough of these delicious morsels! They have seasonal bread too, which is cute, turkey shaped bread for Thanksgiving, which is on preorder! Lots of sweet and savoury flavours to chose from. There's cream cheese in various flavours too, but these bagels don't need it! Also have sandwiches made... More

Since they started doing sandwiches, bagels ready-to-eat, and the like, this place is one of the best places in Redmond for a breakfast or a quick lunch. The variety of bagels is fantastic, they have good, fresh, lox that aren't full of tendon (how I hate that), and you can customize your bagel, schmear, and other stuff on a nice... More

One of my favorite things to eat whenever I fly back to New York or Boston is a good bagel - lightly crisp on the outside while totally soft of the inside. And with flavors you never find at local bakeries or chain stores. That is unless you go to the Blazing Bagles in the industrial section of Eastern Redmond.... More

A trifle difficult to find (follow the signs!) but well worth it. Every type of bagel imaginable, wonderful schmears, great sandwiches, sides, bakery items. I buy their apple-cinnamon-raisin challah to make breadpudding. If you don't see something or have a question, Dennis and Robin are quick to be as helpful as possible. They also do catering and box lunches!

Friendly service, awesome bagels. Outdoor seating at a disparate mix of tables and chairs in the parking lot. Set in an industrial area off the main drag. Worth the visit.

To me the best bagels are boiled, then baked. That process produces the chewy inside and beautiful crusty outside. Blazing's bagels are "steamed". They taste more like bread dough than a bagel, and frankly, they are too large to really qualify as bagels. I will give the place credit, though, for excellent cream cheese.

Many, many years ago I went to a German Restaurant near New Paltz, N.Y. that had great pumpernickel bread. Blazing Bagels equals that quality. They have all my favorites including salt and the everything bagel. They are very generous with their offers. I go to the one in Bellevue and the salespeople couldn't be nicer. The first time I went... More
