A trifle difficult to find (follow the signs!) but well worth it. Every type of bagel imaginable, wonderful schmears, great sandwiches, sides, bakery items. I buy their apple-cinnamon-raisin challah to make breadpudding. If you don't see something or have a question, Dennis and Robin are quick to be as helpful as possible. They also do catering and box lunches!

Friendly service, awesome bagels. Outdoor seating at a disparate mix of tables and chairs in the parking lot. Set in an industrial area off the main drag. Worth the visit.

To me the best bagels are boiled, then baked. That process produces the chewy inside and beautiful crusty outside. Blazing's bagels are "steamed". They taste more like bread dough than a bagel, and frankly, they are too large to really qualify as bagels. I will give the place credit, though, for excellent cream cheese.

Many, many years ago I went to a German Restaurant near New Paltz, N.Y. that had great pumpernickel bread. Blazing Bagels equals that quality. They have all my favorites including salt and the everything bagel. They are very generous with their offers. I go to the one in Bellevue and the salespeople couldn't be nicer. The first time I went... More

Well, they are better than the other bagels around the area, but they aren't NYC bagels by any standard. But for Redmond, Wa, they reign supreme, or maybe a bit above that. They have a good variety and a good variety of schmears too.

They are have huge assortment of every sort of bagel you might imagine. I've tried quite a few and all have been very good. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

The place makes a very good bagle. But I was really angered by my recent visit here. In addition to bagles the place offers sandwiches..on their bagles of course. Well the order process, which involves filling out a paper form, is confusing. The result is a highly frustrating and chaotic experience. Oh and you must fill out one of these... More

I was in the Seattle area for a conference, and every day I'd pass by Blazing Bagels on my way to catch the bus. Each day I'd tell myself that I should stop in as the hotel breakfast I was having was less than wonderful. Finally, on the last day in town, I stopped for a bagel. I could've kicked... More

Stumbled on this well-hidden gem of a deli in an industrial/business park while searching for the equally difficult-to-find Mac & Jack's Brewery. Thankfully, the shop has plentiful sandwich-board signs directing bagel lovers to their location in Redmond (the owner now has two easier-to-find locations in Bellevue and in downtown Seattle at Safeco Field). This non-chain shop started out serving weekday... More
