We have eaten at pomegranate a lot over the years. Although certain foods excel and always have, the flatbreads for instance, it appears to be getting somewhat stale. The concoctions are different from years ago. Maybe something is going on with management and it could also be just a blip that may improve in the months ahead. Still not a... More

I had the fried chicken and waffle, as it sounded inventive. In the end, the chicken could have been enlarged McNuggets. Bits and pieces, breaded. I expected a real thigh and leg, maybe, with an exciting coating. The waffle was nothing special. I did not get it, for a sophisticated bistro, which provided very good catering to us in the... More

I've been here several times in the past years with friends, my husband, for girls night and other things. People around me seem to like the place a lot more then my husband or I do? The concept is fun, you can watch people in the kitchen working and you feel like you are a part of what they are... More

Pomegranate was recommended by staff at hotel I was staying at. It is a cute storefront Bistro with a small dining area and bar. Dining area was full with a wait so I grabbed a table in the bar. Started with a Pomegranate margarita (their specialty). It was wonderful. I had a very good flatbread. Everything was fresh and homemade.... More

Came to Redman to visit nephew and Pomegranate was recommended. They have an active bakery in the back of restaurant which you can watch through a large window. They also have wonderful take out pastries , sandwiches, scones. Food is very good and the place was very busy an appears to be a local favourite. A shopping center is across... More

My husband and I finally tried dining for dinner at the Pomegranate Bistro after a friend highly recommended it. My husband had halibut and I had some sort of Southwestern chicken dish - don't recall the exact name. We found our entrees to be excellent. The portion size was a bit small so I would recommend you start out with... More

I go here for brunch often. The food is always great, and the menu offers a variety that is often a little different from your usual restaurant. I usually get the Eggs Benedict, and love it! It can get crowded at peak times (like brunch on Sat./Sun) and a bit noisy, but the food is worth it. The wait staff... More

Had lunch with my wife & son. Place very attractive, We had called ahead and were assured that there was no wait. We arrived 15 minutes later, place was packed, and we were told there was a 15 min. wait. We were in a hurry so we sat at the bar, where service was efficient but curt. We said we... More

We live in Redmond and this is a fantastic place to relax, unwind, have great food and beverage and spend couple time. Whether you stop by for brunch on a weekend, happy hour, coffee, or dinner. Only disappointment is the highly touted chicken - found it a bit pedestrian. But the firebreads and other menu items are lovely.
