Never had to wait. Lots of food for take home. Large selection. However, I always find myself reaching for the water glass there and later. Too much salt.

been to this facility 2x per week - once with manager to the bar; once per week with family of 4. typically in the bar, we have a bartender who knows how to make drinks, be friendly to the customers, and be respectful. tonight unfortunately, when I had 2 managers, 2 peers, and one direct report, we had a substitute... Our youngest and oldest son, their wives and my wife spent an evening at this restaurant. Those who had steaks were very pleased. I had sirloin tips and they were a little tough. Two of our party had fried macaroni as a side dish. They thought it had very little taste. Our service was excellent. We shared a couple of... More

This was a strange experience. I love the Widow maker Burger here. I went with friends and it started off well. First, it was early Saturday evening, but there was no wait. There is always a wait, but not this night. There were not that many customers. There seemed to be plenty of wait staff around. It started out well,... More

Service timeliness and friendless needs to be improved. Rate 2/5. Food was ok, next day not feeling so well and I'll probably pass next time someone says "Let's go to Claim Jumpers". Pasta was so/so, large servings of fries overshadowed the main entrees. Salads were entirely forgotten and were not served with our meals. French onion soup was ok but... More

The service was lousy. We waited almost 10 minutes for a waiter, another 5 for water, another 15 for our wine, and another 10 for our appetizer. We never got a water refill, and once we were ready to pay, our waiter disappeared, and we finally went to the front to pay. When my wife told the manager how bad... More

Lots of food but all good. Never disappointed. We prefer the bar as it is less noisy ie families with young children.

We have tried this place three times now in the past months and always had the same bad customer service experience. The waiter we had this time was the most unpleasant and unfriendly waiter I have encountered in a long time. We usually go there for HH and the place is always almost empty, which should be a sign I... More

My wife and I went to Claim Jumper last Sunday as we wanted a salad bar. After my wife looked at the salad bar she opted for a Caesar Salad and I had the salad bar. There were several items that were not fresh and limited. The lettuce was wilted. They ran out of plates and kept people waiting while... More

I live about 5 miles from the Redmond Claim Jumper and have for the past 10 years. Until recently, I have never been there. After my recent visit, I won't be back. Rated average, but easily could've been poor. Visited on Sunday with my family. The place was empty (no wait) yet we were seated next to a table with... More
