I love the food here. The baked goods are amazing and the other breakfast dishes remind me of the Midwest cafes I used to frequent. My only complaint is that they don't have espresso... in Washington of all places?! Oh well, I'll just have to bring my drink. :)

Doesn't matter if forty people are waiting outside or if there are only people at five tables, the service and food is always outstanding, t This is our favorite restaurant in Pullman.

I am madly in love with Abelskivers, the pancake plate, including Abelskivers, the vegetarian omelette, ALL the menu items, fresh orange juice, just plain terrific food from many ethnic choices. Yum!

My wife and I had breakfast here on the morning we left town. The waitress was fabulous, fun, and just downright pleasant to be around. Unfortunately, the food was not up to snuff. I had german sausage, eggs over easy, toast and hashbrowns. My eggs were cold and leathery, the sausage was also cold. The hashbrowns had not been cooked... More

The aebelskivers are recommended and the sausage stuff aebelskiver with gravy on the side are like two-bite sized biscuits and gravy. The floor lay is open making it noisy as the sounds carry. Other than that it is a lovely place to eat.

This restaurant has a wide variety of items that remind one of a tasty breakfast, although they are also available for lunch. Some items my family has tried are Swedish crepes, abbleskivers, and buckwheat pancakes. Their breakfast meats and hash browns are also very good. In our experience, they also make your egg just the way you like it. Many... More

Good place for breakfast...having made ebelskivers at home, we had to try theirs....very good! Quite a variety of choices....potato pancakes, crepes, etc. Skip the omelet. The new OJ machine was getting a lot of publicity! The only thing I wouldn't recommend would be the hashbrowns...dry and flavorless. The best thing about the restaurant was the service...Cindi was our waitress and... More

7-8-14 Some people over in Moscow, ID. told us about this place and it was only 8 miles away so we (2 couples) decided to give it a try. I am sure glad we did as it is a very nice unusual place. The people are very very friendly, place is clean, service is outstanding, they are right there for... More

If you want a great start to your day, while getting a unique experience, look no further than the "Old European." From ebelskivers to goulash, you get a great tasting breakfast for a fairly cheap price. My favorite is their banana stuffed French Toast, with a caramel and whipped cream topping. The service is very good, even on busy days.... More

Great variety for whatever you are in the mood for....great European food options.....one of Pullman's best restaurants. Sometimes there is a wait but it is definitely worth it once you taste the food.
