The new Swilly's Bistro in the Bell Tower

The new Swilly's in the Bell Tower is great. The atmosphere is cozy, both casual and elegant. On a busy Friday night, the service and food were great. The house red was full bodied and satisfying. My only suggestion is to include more food choices for the gluten free folk.

I was very disappointed with my previous experience here, however, I returned to join a group celebrating a birthday. The food and service were much, much better this time. Swilly's seems to have gotten their act together again and I will definitely return .

I was very disappointed with both the food and service the last time I ate here. Very slow service, the portions were tiny and the carrot cake I ordered for dessert was like what one would purchase from Safeway. The prices however. were very high. Too bad, this used to be a great restaurant.

Went for happy hour on Dec3rd. We were the only patrons in the restaurant and the waitress we had (blond hair) was awful, rude and condescending. I brought my out of town family to what used to be one of my "go to" places to eat here in town. The whole time we were in, she made us feel uncomfortable... More

After moving into new location they are not good anymore. The lunch was way overpriced, not much of the variety either, and seemed just an average quality food, nothing special at all. Service is quite slow, the place feels small and depressing. They charged us for the drink which we didn't order. Overall miserable experience.

After a year's absence Swilly's Pony is back in business. High quality food and service in a new up scale location. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with eight friends and received first class service from our wait person Sarah!

Went here for dinner to try out the new swillys. I was a huge fan of the last swillys so I was excited. The new restaurant has is still small and intimate but the menu is so different. The cheapest thing is a Kobe burger for 14$ next is the pasta for 20$ and the price for that goes up... More

First visit to the new location. The space is small, tables are cramped in together, acoustics are lacking resulting in loudness throughout. The salad was good, but seemed small. I had a glass of ice tea and asked for a refill. The server said they didn't have any more. I asked if they could make some and he said no.

Swilly's was my very favorite restaurant as a WSU student 20 years ago, and over the years I have enjoyed visiting on every Pullman trip. Recently we'd missed a few Swilly's trips while they'd moved to the new location, so we were excited to try the new spot over Dad's weekend. First of all let me say that the food... More

We've been waiting for Swilly's to reopen after their move to a new location, and we finally had dinner there, yeh! We were so excited to see a new place. Unfortunately, in comparison with their previous location, this one is several grades down. It's a concrete bunker, black and gray in colors, which makes it gloomy, with low ceilings, which... More
