WOW. I am still in shock and its four months later. I went here for a family birthday party with vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters and everyone was beyond satisfied. The interior was lovely - the art was interesting and added to the experience. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly; the waiter provided a sample of a sauce. There was... More

We met some family members there and had lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Good choice! Not too many other people. Great service- try the fizzy lemon soda they make in house. The Mediterranean plate appetizer was delicious, though the server told us they wouldn't charge us for it because the kitchen thought they had made it too spicy. Nope, it... More

Swilly's came highly recommended and I was disappointed. Although reservations were made in advance, we were placed close to the door and in cramped conditions. Noise levels in the room made it impossible to hold a conversation without elevating our voices...and since the party next to us was within a few feet, that was not an option. So we suffered... More

We went to Swilly's for dinner last week and the food was excellent. We had the lamb, which was probably one of the best we'd ever eaten and the chicken/sausage sauce with gnocchi which was delicious and flavorful. The portions are just right to leave room for one of their fabulous desserts - my all time favorite being the chocolate... More

After many hours on the road (CO, WY, UT, ID), we winged it and stopped at Swilly's in downtown Pullman WA....good curb appeal. What a very pleasant surprise! We had a very good meal, obviously prepared by a skilled cook/chef. The price was right and the surroundings very comfortable, very good wine / beer list, and no music, thankfully. So... More

and Northern Idaho. The current proprietrix is the second. The first started the Swilly's tradition and the current proprietrix has build upon that, being the superior chef. Nothing but the finest on ingredients, with fresh salmon and filet mignon daily. If the shipment doesn't arrive of fresh Alaska caught salmon then there isn't any that night. There is always a... This continues to be a very good eatery by any city measure and our continued favorite. There is a bit of "French sidewalk" atmosphere here and always a vibrant inside crowd with conversations everywhere. It is not a quiet, secluded place. The salads and dressings are unique and very tasty using a lot of nuts and cheeses, very green. Last... More

Swilley's is just the place for girlfriends to meet for a long afternoon of chatting. My friend and I had not seen each other for two years and had a lot of catching up to do. The waitress was attentive but not hovering over us and let us sit long after the regular lunch crowd had left and they were... More

We have traveled to Pullman many times in the last 30 years and we have been going to Swilley's as long as it has been open. It was my mother's favorite restaurant. Continuous excellence would describe this place. For years there was not even any competition for Swilley's. It is still the best restaurant in town. My favorites are whatever... More
