Their atmosphere is great. Service is awesome. It will get busy, but the food is great. I got their chicken, it was very tender and their spices on the chicken were great.

There were six in our party and every single one of us agreed it was one of the finest meals we've ever had. We tried a wide variety of their offerings: Edemame (soy) bean appetizer, a variety of olives - with some we had never tasted that were incredible, beet and turnip salad, house salad, beef kabob, lamb chops, roasted... This is truly an excellent restaurant. I just spent 10 months traveling and eating on the East Coast of the USA and in Spain and France and very few of the meals that I had compared with meals I have had at the Black Cypress. They make the best lamb chops and the best roast chicken that I have ever... More

We were a party of 11 people on a photography tour of the Palouse and dined at Black Cypress on our last evening together. We probably drove the waiter crazy with wanting mostly separate checks (two parties of two and the rest singles) however he managed to cope with that and compensated for the one mix-up by providing a complementary... This is a comfortable restaurant with terrific decor and menu. I had chicken with sausage stuffing. It was very tasty but slightly too salty. That's probably why it tasted so good! Service was very good also. Others at my table had local nettle pesto pasta which they really enjoyed. A dish you won't find everywhere.

Every meal here is amazing, but the last two times we've visited its been to salty. Well try again and hope they adjust.

Went to the Black Cypress for a business dinner. We worth the drive from Moscow. Terrific menu, excellent food and top notch service. Stop by here for a great dinner in Pullman.

We went to the Black Cyprus with old friends in Pullman. I ordered the pork chop upon recommendation of the other couple. Wow. It was fabulous. Best I ever tasted. Sharing a bottle of wine with great food and conversation. A night to remember. Will definitely go back when in Pullmam. Go COUGS.

Read about it on trip advisor so thought we would give it a go. Easy to find and well positioned on the road in from Moscow. The atmosphere is warm and inviting with dimmed lights and a tasteful decor. The menu is good and the specials pretty impressive. We went with the special bread of the day and the ribeye... More

I have now been to Black Cypress three times and every time the food has been phenomenal. On Saturday, March 22, I took my lovely girlfriend out to this place and we both had a blast. She ordered the tofu and I order the steak. Both were great, I am a meat lover and especially find myself partial to steaks.... More
