We stopped for a night of great steaks and received four of the most grossly pieces of garbage for $26 a pop. Stay away unless your looking for ok salads. Too top things off the beer selection sucked, no IPAs or Wheat beers in house .

A nice building and a good view combined with good service should also have fine food. Unfortunately the kitchen at Banyans needs some cooking help. My food was just ok it was not bad but it was not inspired and the others at our table thought the same. For the prices that are charged I guess it was to pay... More

The view at Banyan's is the best in the area. If you're there on a beautiful evening, aim for an outdoor table overlooking the rolling green hills of the Palouse - gorgeous! I enjoyed their salmon very much - a large and delicious portion served with rice pilaf and assorted veggies, also tasty. I've been there several times in the... More

My husband and I were in Pullman for a family wedding, which occurred the day before his birthday. I took advantage of the fact that all of his siblings and most of their families were in one place and booked a brunch reservation at Banyan's. They set us up on the patio and took excellent care of us. Everyone had... More

I was excited to go to Banyan's because I had heard it was one of the best restaurants in the area. The view, the tables, the service was very nice. Our waitress was very attentive and pleasant. The food - not so much. I ordered a Monte Cristo and soup. The sandwich is traditionally served with with powdered sugar and... More

Between the golf course staff and the lady in the bar nobody could crack a smile. Nice golf play, mediocre sandwich. And, let's talk about the yelling course marshal, let's not.

Sunday evening, taking the bicycle loop around the Pullman bike trails we started heading to the industrial park area, and going on decided to stop at Banyans (part of the golf course). A wonderful place to sit on the back covered porch and take in the view, with happy hour prices for hydration and perfect food and great service. Down... More

When you go to a restaurant, there are many things that can enhance your meal, but if the food isn't up to your expectations, the rest is wasted. Such is the case with Banyan's. The service was quite good, and the servers were very personable. The view was quite good, looking over the golf course. Very relaxing. There is also... More

Good place to go for a view, to entertain a prospective client, and drop a lot on a lunch (or a dinner). Nice location on the Palouse Ridge Golf Course, which one would not expect on a state university campus. Putting green right off the dining area in full view offered views of some of the other tribulations of life... More

Great views, but food and drinks are so average. My fish and chips were just okay once I shook a lot of salt on them. When I went for dinner, the risotto was too salty, but my dining companions liked their pasta dishes. Sandiwches are okay. I've had decent servers, but also cocky ones who clearly did not know the...
