The ice cream is excellent. As you walk into Ferdinands, you can have a taste test of the different cheeses, and it will surprise you which you like best! Worth the trip.

One of the things I miss most about attending Washington State University and living in Pullman is going to Ferdinand's........the ice cream was always so good and fresh and the cheese is to melt for.....I still order Cougar Gold cheese and have it shipped to me every year. If you visit nearby, you should definitely stop in for a treat.

If you area looking for a heavy cream ice cream this is the place. Made by WSU students, this is the best ice cream around. Choose a milkshake, scoop of ice cream, sundae or many other options. Don't forget your supply of Cougar Cheese before you leave. Oh and a jar of WSU honey! The lines can get long during... More

I have been eating Ice cream from Ferdinand's for more than sixty years. As a young boy, it was conveniently located at the end of my paper route. It' snow in a different location, but the quality and quantity are unchanged. Located on the Washington State University campus in Pullman, Washington; this is the source of many favors of ice... We love Ferdinand's ice cream -- made from the milk/cream of "contented" cows at the campus of Washington State University in Pullman, Washington. It doesn't get any better than this!! We visit it at least once a month and indulge.

Excellent service and delicious cheese here. The staff spent a lot of time helping us select the best varieties for our tastes and never pressed us. Their ice cream is tasty as well. Wish they had a few more flavors.

Ferdinand's is a Pullman Classic. I've been coming here for 30 years! Great locale to get a scoop and walk the campus, reminiscing the past while embracing the future.

This is just one of those odd places that makes a particular town or area unique. Though the ice cream comes in lots of cool flavors, I don't know that it's that special. But knowing the milk comes from a land grant college creamery rather than an ordinary commercial source IS special and part of what makes this store unique.... More

This University shoppe not just a place to get yummy ice cream but it's the place to purchase their world famous cougar gold cheese, which comes in a large flat round can. They also have other flavored cheese and offer small amounts as well as cheese curds.
