The baked goods were so delicious we bought a $ 20 assortment for breakfast the next day. The date macaroons were amazing, as was the rest of the assortment. By all means, stop here.

We visited this bakery during our stop with the Kitsap Tours. It was very busy, but the service was still polite and patient as we tried to decide on the various pastries displayed before us. My friend tried the Viking Cup, something like an upside down pecan/cinnamon roll filled with cream cheese icing. Unfortunately, she didn't think the icing was... More

I live in Poulsbo and this bakery is my downfall. Just driving by makes you salivate. Super authentic family owned bakery.

It's good that we can review this Bakery...'cause it's simply that good! I'm a foodie, and I'll tell you this isn't one of those fancy bakeries that features gorgeous, no-taste pastries. This is the real deal from bread to pastries to cookies...or anything else that should come from a bakery. For locals, it's a really special place where you can... More

Tell the chain doughnut shops to take a hike. Sluys' stuff is never more than 8 hours old and the shelves will empty quickly every morning.

Delicious and authentic. We purchased some savory & some sweet. We were traveling through to Victoria BC, and just had to stop again on our way back.

Original, authentic and delicious! What more can one say? If your looking for a quaint experience without the airfair, this small community on the Olympic Peninsula is worth the time if your visiting in the Greater Seattle Area.

We've been to great bakeries but this is the ONE! Everything is delicious but, again, don't miss the Viking Cup -- a pecan roll with cream cheese frosting down the middle of the cup. It's perfect. Wish we could have taken some Poulsbo bread home with us -- they're amazing -- but we always travel with a carry-on and didn't... More

From breads to rich pastries, you'll find sugary delights for everyone. There are scones, Viking Donuts, Poulsbo Bread and even amazing pastries. All are made fresh on site.

Worth the trip. On my way there after dinner to have coffee and a pastry or two or three for dessert.
