This Is Sublime!

This puts every bakery I have ever been in to shame. The most delicious pastry I have ever eaten. Unbelievable. I can't wait to go visit my daughter and go there again.

This sweet morsel is nestled in Downtown Poulsbo. At first glance through the windows, you are drawn in by the huge selection of baked goodies on display. The viking cups (aka cinnamon rolls) are amazing! Stop by, you wont be disappointed.

Sluy's is a "must stop" for anyone visiting Poulsbo. Amazing donuts, pastries, and cookies. For those who dont like sweets, they gave bread and more savory snack like crisps.

Sluy's is located on Front St on the main tourist spot in Poulsbo, WA. The town was founded by Norwegians, and it's neat as a pin, friendly and fun. The bakery is a huge draw, very busy. Excellent pastries, great service.

There was a line. Customers keep track of who is next. Most (but not every customer) customers are courteous. One family barged in in front of others. The wait was worth it.

I've lived in the area for 35 years and have never found anything "irresistible" that draws me to Sluys. However, it is certainly a fixture in Poulsbo, and the tourists seem to flock there.

WOW!! Fresh pastries, breads, pies, cakes, cookies, things I did not know I needed, all in a small shop with the windows filled with goodies to make you come in! It works - it is always crowded with locals and tourists. The cinnamon rolls are to die for, and the scones are so full of butter that you do not... More

Chances are you'll have to stand in line to order, but that's not bad as you'll have time to decide what to select from the wide assortment of freshly baked pastry goodness. One of the great bakeries I've ever been in!! If you're in Poulsbo, don't miss it. Get a pastry & coffee and walk down to the waterfront and... More

I have been visiting this place since I was a little kid. My favorite donut is the maple bar- it is creamy and delicious, not an oily maple like you might find in a grocery store case. The apple fritters are perfect; crispy on the edges yet chewy and moist inside. Also amazing; house made lefse, cinnamon bread, sourcream cake... More

We rented a little house between Sequim and Port Angeles, Wasghington. We decided to take some bakery items from Sluys. They were very good. We particularly enjoyed their iced cookies, apple fritters and pecan rolls.
