Very unique small plates to share. The stuffed dates, razor clams and the paella all were outstanding. Nice feel to the place. Owner served us himself and gave us an interesting history of paella. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will go back.

The restaurant was so hot that my wine heated up and became undrinkable. We asked the server for some suggestions on tapas dishes. She told us the brussell sprouts dish and the calamari were very popular. Both were overcooked. When she asked how we liked the calamari I told her it wasn't very good. She said well you know better... More

Went with visiting friends. Got to share a bunch of dishes. Wonderful tastes. Really good cocktails and had a bottle of excellent Malbec with dinner. Will definitely return.

Had dinner with my wife. The Tapas are especially good with a large varity. You must try the dates, stuffed with goat cheese; wrapped in bacon, and soaked in balsamic vinegar.

This is the best for adults - date nights, girls nights, etc. There are so many food selections to choose from and we have yet to order something and be disappointed. The service is outstanding as is the drink selection from the bar. Our "go-to" restaurant for a night away from the kiddos! :)

The atmosphere is fun and interesting and the service was great! We highly recommend giving this restaurant a try -- you won't be disappointed. It is great that Poulsbo... More

Went here for dinner on a Thursday night. Out waitress Selena was great. Service was good, so was the food. Had a great bowl of seafood soup and we split a couple of great Tapas. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other items on the menu. Will definitely go back

A trip to the Paella Bar is required whenever I visit my parents who live in the area. There are so many delicious choices, including the obligatory Cheap Dates (date stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon, on a balsamic reduction). I do suggest you order the bread, because many of the sauces are so delicious you'll want to sop it... More
