We went to this restaurant the 3rd day of our 13 day visit to the Kitsap Peninsula and we ate here 4 times during that stay! After trying it once we decided not to try any other restaurant while in Poulsbo. We tried at least 10 different items, including the Paella since that was the name of the restaurant, and... More

It was all mue bueno especially the seafood paella and baked oysters. The restaurant was on the smaller side but had great decor.

Great selection of tapas, even for the vegetarians in our party. generous portions. Sangria is good as well as the wine selection. We've been back several times but have not actually had the paella. I like the sampling of food that you get from ordering tapas.

SERIOUSLY? whomever wrote the review regarding Erin obviously has no clue as to what a great bartender should be! I'm 60 plus. Dad was a bartender- close friends have been bartenders/waiters/waitresses. We hit happy hour/restaurants two to three times a week and not just Poulsbo. Seattle and local areas. Erin is one of THE most personable professional tenders I have... More

We've been to the Paella bar a few times now and I've got to say it's consistently the best restaurant in town. The food is creative and excellent, the atmosphere is fun (but quiet enough to have a conversation) and the the service is always attentive and knowledgable. The wine list is amazing too (try the white sangria). If we... More

I come here often and would give 5 stars on any day where there is no chance that Erin isn't serving. We switched to Sabrina mid meal and she is an amazing server. She is polite and genuine. Great tapas- dates are good, coca bread, lamb meatballs, Brussels sprouts, sirloin... You can't go wrong with food. Great atmosphere, easy to... More

Delightful lunch in Poulsbo. Had the chicken enchilada, spinach with raisons and pine nuts, calamari, and artichoke hearts with aioli. There's a huge tapas menu to choose from and good local beer on tap. Our waiter was friendly and helpful and the food arrived promptly.

We found Paella Bar while visiting several years ago. We make it a point to dine here every time we visit the area. We've never been served anything that wasn't first rate. We've had nearly everything on the tapas menu and have never been disappointed. Some must haves are the Eggplant Rollatini with Coppa, Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta and... More

Went here with some friends for dinner. A highchair was provided for our youngest diner! I wasn't expecting to be able to choose many items being gluten free, but they provided a separate menu with all the gluten free items marked, which was just about all of them! I think the meal I had here was better than some of... More

After a number of trips to Spain, who would have expected us to find authentic tapas in Poulsbo? While the owner and chef are not Spanish, they have obviously done a lot of research in order to provide the real thing. They have an extremely large selection of ‘small plates’ and all were focused on presenting a Spanish dining experience... More
