Best food in town

The food is excellent, although a little spendy considering the location (Poulsbo) and the amount you get (it's tapas). The drinks were well made and the service very kind, informative, and accommodating. Get there early, because the place fills up really quickly on a Friday night!

We have been twice for the wine tasting dinner. It is fun and great eats. Even purchased some wine! We also went for lunch on our own and it was great!

Poulsbo is a Scandinavian-themed port town with a lot of kitschy souvenir shops, and there's not much in the way of sophisticated eating or drinking options. (Actually, you could say that for most of Kitsap Peninsula). Paella Bar is something you would expect to find in Seattle. They have a classic selection of tapas. Everything I've tried is good, if... Great atmosphere. Great service. Fun --- love being able to sample small plates! My favorite --- sautéed spinach with pine nuts, raisins and garlic. My friend's favorite was the roasted brussel sprouts! Go slow and order in "rounds". Such a great change from all the other restaurants in Kitsap!

Dim lighting, intimate setting, exquisite service, friendly people, great food and drinks! The BEST location on the Peninsula to stop in and socialize!! This is a Tapas bar, so food portions are very small and kinda pricey. Be sure to come during Happy Hour to get the best deal. They are one of the only places open past 9 most... More

Love the sangria! The stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped dates and many other tapas we had were all amazing!!! The servers are knowledgeable and very friendly! They make it an experience! I would choose the Paella Bar over any restaurant in Poulsbo!

Group of about 15 ate dinner here as part of three day business meeting and food and ambiance wwere great and the waitstaff very helpful. With large group we expected to wait but they were able to get our food served in reasonable amount of time. Of course with the name of the restaurant I assumed that the paella would... More

We loved this place. We ordered four tapas and a bottle of wi e. We had the Brussels sprouts, cod fritters, sea bass and paprika tenderloin. all were delicious. But our favorite was the sea bass, the sauce on it was fantastic. We found this the perfect amount for the two of us and left full and satisified. Would love... More

We got there towards the end off their Happy Hour, so a few of these where on special. The Dates where only $2! The restaurant was nice and we were greeted as we walked in.The drinks came super quickly. I was surprised, because they were busy. What we tried may seem like a lot, but the plates are tapas and...
