This is the best for adults - date nights, girls nights, etc. There are so many food selections to choose from and we have yet to order something and be disappointed. The service is outstanding as is the drink selection from the bar. Our "go-to" restaurant for a night away from the kiddos! :)

Try as many as you can. We shared everything just so we could have a taste of all their fabulous foods. Great place to for something a little different that the normal dining experience. Great wine selection, friendly staff. Can get busy on weekends.

We had a very pleasant dining experience here. Nice drinks and small portions (tapas) are available. We shared a couple of tapas and the paella all of which where very tasty! The atmosphere is fun and interesting and the service was great! We highly recommend giving this restaurant a try -- you won't be disappointed. It is great that Poulsbo... More

Went here for dinner on a Thursday night. Out waitress Selena was great. Service was good, so was the food. Had a great bowl of seafood soup and we split a couple of great Tapas. I'm looking forward to trying some of the other items on the menu. Will definitely go back

A trip to the Paella Bar is required whenever I visit my parents who live in the area. There are so many delicious choices, including the obligatory Cheap Dates (date stuffed with cheese, wrapped in bacon, on a balsamic reduction). I do suggest you order the bread, because many of the sauces are so delicious you'll want to sop it... More

My friends and I had the best time hanging out sharing tapas at Paella Bar in Poulsbo. Everything we tried was delicious. The dates stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon were fantastic and the crispy potatoes on a bed of tomato sauce could be one of the best was to make potatoes that I've ever tried. The drinks we... The tapas were fairly good with some better than others. The clams were tiny. Several dishes came with rich broth that called for bread which was not provided. The only bread available had to be ordered extra. The sangria was terrible. Don't order it unless they make big changes. To call the Sangria Hawaiin Punch would be a disservice to... More

I love the tapas menu at Paella Bar. They also make really good margarita's. Best for Happy Hour! Make sure you get the stuffed dates wrapped in bacon!
