It was "okay" as the Taprock, but much better as Elmer's. Same owners, different menu. More breakfast choices all day.

This Taprock Grill restaurant is now closed. The replacement, Elmer's, opened at this site a couple of weeks ago and is doing quite well.

We are in town for a week on business training and certification. We hit the Taprock Grill and had awesome buffalo wings and a double burger that was dynamite! Tip: Get the second patty and make it a double!! it only adds.80cents! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommended. Very very clean and nice inside and out. I like... More

Great lodge-type feel with a lovely fire in the fireplace going on a chilly night. Dungeness crab dip appetizer was delicious .... Tomato bisque was excellent and quite possibly "the height of my meal" declared my husband, who's surprise birthday evening we were out celebrating. We each ordered flat iron meals - one pork and one steak. The pork was... More

Left couple messages for managers Marsha and Eva about a meeting rental without any call back! I finally went to the restaurant to talk to them but I was told they were busy and don't have time to meet without a set meeting. Rediculous! Tried their food regardless but it was way over priced and the portions were small! Skip... More

Good value. Our food was great and service well above average. The chicken salad and the crab salad were especially good choices--equivalent to the quality we have had at much more expensive restaurants.

After my mom's memorial service family members and a few friends, 30 in total, met for lunch at the Taprock. The manager and service staff were wonderful; the first to arrive, seeing that the table were all separate, I explained the situation and with compassion and genuine understanding they immediatly set to work to reset the tables in the back... The restaurant appearance itself lured me in, the menu looked appetizing, but then the service was slow, and the food arrived and was lackluster. Boring. Bland. Overcooked salmon. A travesty for the Northwest and a restaurant that is a "Northwest Grill".

Nice decor and friendly staff but the food is high priced and not so great. First we ordered the sweet onion rings they weren't sweet and were overcooked almost burnt. For my meal I ordered Prime Rib medium rare it was well done not much flavor to the steak at all and the loaded mashed potatoes were dry and hard... More

We had a variety from the lunch menu. Everyone seemed very pleased. The service was good. The place is really comfortable.
