Best coconut and mango! Atmosphere is nice and old-fashion. Staff was very polite and cheery. Wished we live closer!

A few yars ago, Elevated purchased some equipment and picked the brain of Baker Candy Company, previously in Lake City, Seattle. A couple of my family generations grew up or near with The Bakers family. Life was simpler and more compact, the parents and kids were all involved in the business and Ernie and Bob (Barb) Baker were friends of... More

We did not sample the ice cream, but did go into the candy shop half of the business. We purchased an assortment of dark chocolates from the cabinet, and they were fabulous. So fresh, creamy and delicious. We wish we lived closer so we could stock up again, because they disappeared very quickly!

So, first... what makes my review unique: I don't eat sweets. Period. I've never even had a birthday cake. Period. BUT, when in Port Townsend for fish & chips at Sea J's, or "Bites" at the Alchemy, or for great Thai at 1-2-3 Thai, we always finish at the Elevated Ice Cream Co. AND I EVEN ORDER A CONE.... You... This place has the real deal for ice cream. The best flavor is the Swiss orange chocolate chip. It reminded me of those chocolate orange slice balls that are out at Christmas time. Definitely worth a visit.

Cardamon ice cream was really unique and good. We stopped here when we first arrived in town. Just like the other food establishments we visited in Port Townsend. Good quality food, well run and quaint ambiance.

The ginger and cardamom ice cream were both out of this world. I spoke to one of the employees about the production process and learned that the ice cream does not taste good because of the super high fat content (which it does not have) but instead from the selection of high quality ingredients. I had read reviews about the... More

We stopped here because we had heard someone say it was good. And the ice cream was good.. not the best we've ever had, but good. But I'd have to say the prices were high. I had a single scoop and my husband and a double and it was $7.25!

No matter where we eat in Port Townsand the Elevated Ice Cream Company is where we have dessert. It is always hard to choose which variety to try this time.

I really can't tell you if the product they sell is good or not since I was not given the opportunity to try it. My husband had gone to use the restroom and I thought I would get both of us a cone while I waited for him. There were three employees behind the counter and one customer sitting at... More
