love of wine tasting!

this would have got a 5 start review if they had gluten free options but you could tell when I asked there were no substitution options so just had a burger without the bun and no lettuce options. The wine was tasty and the ambiance is really great!

Been there twice recently during happy hour for less expensive wine and shared meat skewers with rice and salad materials. The skewers are four beef and four lamb which my wife and I split. Second visit we sat on the patio beside some lovely plants.

We’ve been eating at the Alchemy Bistro for about a decade. The location next to the Haller Fountain or Galatea is spectacular. We love to sit in its outside seating adjoining the restaurant. Visiting Alchemy is a special treat we reserve for our best friends or occasions. The fare is pricy, but the cook usually provides his patrons with the... More

This is the place that we take guests in Port Townsend when we want a fine dining experience. When we want a cool laid back Port Townsend experience, we go to its sister restaurant Sirens, owned by the same person. The cuisine is European/Mediterranean, including the wine selection. I love the flight of European wines... a French, Spanish and Austrian.... More

If you want to have a special meal, great steak, specialty meals, the ambiances is great, the service is excellent and the food is tasty. Their specials are something to look forward to. For our anniversary this is a place to go

This lovely place has a great menu, great wait staff, and a nice selection of foods. I had a risotto with prawns that was absolutely perfect. We would go back again any day!

We were told this was the best restaurant in Port Townsend and we were not disappointed. The service was great; lots of explanation of the menu. We had cropping and another seafood dish and they were delicious. They also have wonderful deserts and cheese trays.

After walking around on a Monday night when many places are closed we chose a table outside and ordered. Our food took an INCREDIBLY long time to get there. I ordered two starters. The scallops were good, the shrimp and prosciutto were awful. I rarely send food back, but as it was inedible I did. The second try wasn't much... More

Excellent choice of wines by the glass and for flights. Most were choices unfamiliar to me. I did not order the happy hour specials, tho. The two dates based small bites were wonderful, as was the chicken liver pate with quite nice fresh bread toast...ask for an extra order of toast, because the pate serving was generous. Good service, quiet... More

Place is a gem. We would not have expected to find a restaurant of this quality so far off the beaten path. Service was great. Food was excellent.
