Great food an service

We had salad, cheese place, filets--two different filet dishes, dessert, and wine. All exceeded our expectations, and our service was just delightful and so helpful and attentive without being overbearing. Eat here!

My friend and I were in Port Townsend mid afternoon and hungry. We both enjoy good food and wine. The white table cloths and menu suggested a little more fine dining, but the waitress, food and overall experience were anything but. We each ordered a glass of wine, Angels on Horseback and a Nicoise salad to split. We said that... More

We had dinner here on our first stop in Port Townsend, around 8pm on a Thursday night. Probably because of that (and the season, March), the restaurant was quiet, and made for a very nice, intimate dinner were we could maintain a nice conversation on a quiet voice. We had a risotto with bacon, and a tenderloin with sauce. The... More

We had spent the weekend at Port Townsend and decided to try this restaurant. We had only been there for drinks in the past. The place was wonderful! Had really great service. We'll be going back next time we're in Part Townsend.

You'll find this bistro one block from the main street in Downtown Historic Port Townsend. Great happy hours (two a day) to sample good food, service and adult beverages. I really enjoyed the Violet Underground along with small bites such as the 1/2 Croque Monsieur with salad, shrimp & garlic, olives/tapanade and stuffed peppers. Tara, our bartender and waitress was... More

Wide selection of wines perfect for pairing with tasty bites or superb entrees. I will state as someone who has tried some of best steakhouses in country. Had the filet mignon and it blew my mind. I wouldn't have been able to get the sides or appetizers or deserts available here at alchemy at any Ruth Chris steakhouse or morton's... More

The food is amazing and the employees especially Traci were top notch. We came for dinner with our friends and family and were happy to see that t was a small dining area that is warm and inviting. The staff was very tentative and made the night a special one. The food is a little pricey but worth every penny.... More

Very. Interesting menu. The Paella was delicious as was the prawn tomato bisque. Service is very good.

Wonderful wait staff, a pleasing atmosphere. Enjoyed oysters on the half shell here that were so fresh I think they picked them up from the beach directly and set them to table. They offer a delectable menu with a French flair, and some of the most innovative cocktails I've seen.
