Excellent cuisine!

A rave for a fantastic dinner at the Fountain! Experienced/shared a warm mixed greens salad and a luscious seafood mix over pasta with a really WOW garlic-Chardonnay sauce! Consumed to fast for photos but topped it off with a dense rich to-love chocolate torte as seen in the photo! A Viognier white... read more

Tried it again based on the reviews, but no luck again. Like chipotle, but spent the rest of the night on the toilet after their chipotle prawns last time. This time wife.s salmon in pesto, couldn't finish because it was drowning in oil, noodles cold and overcooked. My Moroccan chicken was ok, but the rice was way too overloaded with... More

It was very good food, I had the bean and bacon soup and a small Caesar salad, the Caesar salad I've had. It's a bit noisy, the din of the crowd coupled with music over the speakers system where the only instruments coming through were the stand up bass and a occasional horn, it was a head ache born of... My husband and I shared a wild boar sloppy joe...fun and interesting take on an old favorite. The wine and beer list was extensive. The cafe is quite small and a little claustrophobic. the service was flighty and unpredictable.

We were turned away from two places in Port Townsend (Hillbottom Pie refused to seat a part of five, despite multiple empty tables and The Siren won't allow anyone under 21 so my 18-year-old sister couldn't enter) and so were a bit disgruntled. However, when we walked in, I held the door for two women who told me that it's... More

The food is always good here. Get a window seat if you can. They used to make steamers with chorizo --Yum! The steamers are still good, but better at Sirens.

We had the pasta dinner. My husband and I should have shared. Not only one it delicious, it was huge. We got bread with the meal. It was a reasonable price - not any higher than the other places. We ate off our dinner for two days. I finally had to throw it away on the third. We are not... More

We liked the atmosphere, which was crowded and cozy; be sure to call for a reservation as the place is small. We had the warm salad, which was unusual and very good and big enough to share. Dessert was a gingerbread concoction, also big enough to share.

We pulled into town starving and had no idea where to go. This tiny little old building called out to us. The food was fabulous and our service was excellent!

We had an enjoyable evening here - the menu is bewilderingly extensive and tempting, the food delicious and generous, The prices very reasonable, and the service generally good. Our only suggestion would be to update the decor and fit A/C for sultry evenings such as the one we experienced!
