Description: The Co-op has tables and carry out. The food is fresh, reasonably priced, healthy and quite tasty. It's an excellent alternative to over-priced local restaurants.

A real gem with many healthy choices. I love that the town has a store like this. Specifically I was looking for Kombucha tea, which they had. We were on vacation and I had left my probiotics at home. Fortunately the local B&B where we stayed had a refrigerator so I purchased a few bottles.

Your basic food coop. It does require a membership, but because I'm from out of town, they asked if I was a member at a coop elsewhere and accepted my answer without proof.

There is a serious purpose and intention here, and both have been fully and successfully realized. The info and educational materials are well-organized and user friendly. The food prices are excellent; the service is friendly and enthusiastic. The produce and meat are impressive. For my taste the prepared hot foods are a little under-seasoned, but that is a quick fix... More

I've been a Co-op member for almost two years now, and I appreciate it more all the time. They have made some improvements to both the inside and outside dining areas so that there are more tables and more space for people eating at the store. The deli has many healthy salads and main dishes which you can have served... More

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way through port Townsend. They have everything you would expect in a good quality co-op. Plus they have a first class prepared food section with sandwiches, soups, salads, and more. I had the chicken Waldorf salad and some salmon spread with crackers. The Waldorf was delicious, but the Salmon Spread was... More

It's a food co-op. It's awesome. This is a great place for muffins, soups, bulk foods, wool socks, hemp seeds, etc. The deli case is full of interesting salads. There's seating. Perfect spot to spend a lot of money picking up snacks, meals and little treats.

Spent two months in Port Townsend in our Motor Coach and the Co Op was our go to place. Fabulous produce specially the greens like Kale, Chard etc. Biggest carrots I've ever seen and they were sweet to boot. Brought a couple bags home to show our granddaughter. Even veggies I've never seen here at home. Tried them all. Think... More

More of an organic, local grocery store than a restaurant, in my opinion, but great selection. We stopped here to stock up on camping food before out Olympic Peninsula camping/hiking trip, and they had everything we were looking for.

Nutritious, inexpensive soups, while sandwiches and freshly prepared salads, quiches are high quality, but more expensive. The recently expanded dining area is a great place to meet progressive, active, locals. Too bad one can't have easy access to the outdoor patio.

If you're looking for a restaurant with table service, this is not the place. It's a deli counter where staff serve you prepared foods. They'll heat them for you or you can use the microwave. Plenty of tables to sit down to enjoy your meal. Pretty typical food service system and selection for a Northwest coop ... which makes it... More
