Stopped in for lunch today and we decided on cod and chips and Nifty burger. Both were delicious, hot and made fresh. Lots of bacon on the burger and tasty fries too. Great service made it a perfect choice for lunch. The decor was a walk down memory lane and great for conversation

My husband went in for dinner, about an hour and a half before they closed, we weren't acknowledged ever. We said hello to the wait staff and they just glanced and at us and kept talking to each other. We sat and waited for about 15 minutes and then left. It's a great looking "50's" soda shop, but we never... More

I can't report on the food, never got a chance to order. The decor is really cute, nice jukebox, very 50's soda fountain feeling. Went in with the family to get some ice cream and after about 12 minutes of being ignored (not one hello, we'll be with you in a moment, or any acknowledgement of our existence) we walked... More

I was really looking forward to dining here on my trip with my sister. The ambience is great, an the ice cream items were great. However... The burger was dripping with oil, had no seasonings and the fries were also bland. The staff was friendly, but they would talk to each other in spanish around us and it made the... More

Now I have to tell you straight up that I only gave it 3 stars as the food was average. Nothing to rave about but not bad either. If you are looking for unique, authentic 1950's experience this is most definitely the place. Fully restored jukebox with the song selection boxes right at your table. Restored milkshake machines make the... More

Went to the Soda Fountain for a coffee having walked round the town during the morning. Very friendly staff and a real step back in time! The décor mirrors the Fifties from the checker board flooring to the Juke Box with a wonderful selection of 50's and 60's music. A must see when visiting Port Townsend!!

Went in for root beer floats only. They were fine, but you can't really mess those up. Having sat there for a while observing things, I don't think I would eat a meal here. It's a bit unkempt. It's cute though.

Stopped in here for afternoon lunch. Shared a large chocolate milk shake with husband. He had a burger..".yummy" he said. I had fish and chips. Big portions and very tasty. Sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the water view. Inside is definitely a 50's diner theme. It was busy & people looked like they were enjoying their meals. Fun... More

A great place to take your family for that good old time treat and 50's memories. We stop by whenever we are in Port Townsend
