They serve dinner too...

We recently started going back to FPH after a long hiatus after finding several local cafes that served better pancakes. So we tried them for dinner. It's a pretty good choice if you're looking for decent food at reasonable prices. This time I had a patty melt and my wife had the "lite" pork... read more

Its the FPH! Large portions of food, average pricing, the place can get crowded at times- they do a brisk local business. Wait service is good but they can be over taxed at times. Good food. No complaints. Boilerplate food- it is not fancy, but it is good.

We came at a fairly busy time, so the service was friendly but a little slow and understandably so. The food is decent, traditional fare that is well made and reasonably priced. I had an omelet, which was good, and the kids had pancakes which they enjoyed with blazing hot syrup (they warn you, but be careful).

Food and service were tops. I ordered the 'Paul Revere' -- pancakes, eggs, and bacon -- certainly traditional American, tastily prepared and presented. My eggs 'sunny side up' were perfect, as was the crispy bacon. The Silversmith was well honored.

Our host couple suggested this fun restaurant to have breakfast before our drive back to Oregon. Each of us ordered a different combo breakfast with three having the signature pancakes. We all are out fill and a coffee cup that was almost never empty or cool. Service was so nice & friendly. Granted, we were there after the Mother's Day... More

Been here a couple of times with various family members. Good place to hang out while waiting for the start of the murder trial at the superior court. Portion sizes are generous and prices are cheap! They're probably a step above a typical Denny's but only because of the larger portion sizes. Anyway on various visits I've had their pancakes,... More

My wife and I used to eat Breakfast here very often and knew the waitresses by name. It had a reputation among the senior citizens as being "family" and so many older persons ate here at least once a week. Times have changed. The older waitresses have been replaced with young girls. The menu is more of less the same... More

Where else in town are we going to get delicious fried okra (seriously try it, you'll love it!) The staff are always very nice, and welcoming when you come in. We have gone in multiple occasions and sometimes our mozzarella sticks we order come out half thawed, like they didn't get heated enough. Philly cheese is my favorite, but their... More

Lots of egg choice here for breakfast, if you like eggs. But there are also many other choices. If you go on the weekend, prepare to wait for your food. The place is hopping on the weekends. The food is tasty and the staff cordial. Overall a nice place to get a decent breakfast.
