Mill 109 is Bursting at the Seams

Cute little eatery, but it is challenged handling the volume of people the community brings in. The proprietor has brought in tables to deal with the overload but it is sardine like. You need to be wearing your skinny pants to get between the tables and the bar. We were there the last weekend in... read more

The food was great (I'd recommend the fish tacos) and the servers were friendly and helpful. More than once my friend and I marveled at how small the place was, but it was hopping on the Saturday evening we were there. It seemed like a place where locals frequent, as we saw several take-out orders head out the door. I'd... More

We stayed at Iron Springs Resort and found the Seabrook area fascinating. This is a very nice upscale development in a secluded area north of Ocean Shores on the Washington coast. Mill 109 was operating with limited staff on January 6th offseason. They did a great job and the food was truly exceptional, especially being so far off the beaten... More

We tried several of the burgers, razor clams, pear salad, clam chowder- all was very good and service was fast and friendly. $10 corkage fee if you bring your own wine. Small mixed drink selection but good beers and ciders and wines available. Great spot!

Granted; not in a hurry and visited off season but that should not mean service has to suffer. One of the servers was a little rude, well, put off. The other server seemed to be the only one actually taking orders. A third arrived and seemed astonished at the crowd. Food was great though and that is what keeps it... More

I have seen this restaurant go through many iterations and through several owners through the years and I am thrilled to find that it has finally found a great chef/owner and is hitting its groove! The menu has a good mixture of northwest crafted gastro pub items that are original (but not weird) and well prepared. They offer a menu... More

We were very impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food. The service was just great, and from our table we had a fairly good view. It is indeed a family restaurant and was a little noisy, but that was to be expected.

The food was really good even though the service was a little on the slow side. Portions were very generous!

The food was very good. My salmon was delicious, the clam chowder was decent and the prawns that we had as an appetizer were fantastic. However, the woman who waited on us had a rather snotty attitude. She practically ran into us when we walked into the restaurant. After we were seated in her section she never smiled and seemed... Hello! Thanks for your review, and I'm glad you enjoyed your meals! Sometimes during peak times or long shifts, it's hard to remember to keep that smile on your face. We are constantly training on customer service and customer experience, so I appreciate knowing there is still room for improvement. I sincerely hope you will give us another shot on... More

We planned to go See Sea Brook & Have Lunch at Mill 109. This was a long drive from Olympia.. We checked in at hostess desk & asked if we could sit outside..she said whatever you want. We waited 15 minutes & decided to go indoors to get someone to wait on us. After 20 minutes I asked for menus... More

Hello Deb! Thank you for your review. I appreciate knowing how things are perceived, even when I'm not in the restaurant. Certainly I do not allow cell phone use during shifts and that has been corrected. I'm racking my brain trying to imagine how you spent nearly a half an hour without menus or water between two tables, with several... More
