We had a decent meal here and the wait staff were efficient. the facility was adjacent to our lodging so we were able to walk to and from with no major roads to cross.

Koala's is our favorite in Omak. A good solid restaurant, with good food, decent servings, good but not exceptional service (always friendly in our experience.) Clean and a pleasant atmosphere, with a bar if you choose. It remains at the top of our list in the Omak area.

Food very good, Staff quick to please and much improved from last year. Previous times here had been disappointing because of slow service and warm food, but know things have changed for the better. Prices still high for Omak however..

Had another awesome meal at Koala's! We Started with Lizard Tails (fried green beans) and they were Aussie awesome! A yummy start to a wonderfully satisfying meal. A Caesar Chicken salad for hubby and a Taco salad for myself. Both prepared very well and the flavors popped!

the food is top notch here, we always go here for supper, and a few times for lunch, but usually save it for supper.

We stayed across the street at Omak Inn and it was convenient to walk across to the Koala Street Grill and have dinner. It wasn't busy and yet we had a 15 minute wait - they were short staffed they said. The service was very friendly and their special prime rib dinner was ordered by the 2 men in our... More

Visited here the first night we stayed next door and was not really impressed. The decor was minimal on Aussie flavor...a few signs with animals on them. The rest was dated. The food was average at best...one of our party had 6 prawns with potatoes and liked it, another had the same but with 3 prawns with baked potato +... More

S-L-O-W service.....none of the waitresses seem to even smile! My husband ordered the "Boomerang Burger" with mashed potatoes.... looked like dogfood. My Chicken Ceasar was pretty poor....the chicken came out of a bag for sure...it was just a sad salad. Prices weren't bad but between the service (they were not busy) and the poor food. ...we would not recommend. There... More
