Magnifico!

Dropped in on a friend's recommendation. Like stepping back a little in time & a continent away. Warm gracious service in a cozy old-world setting, just like Nonna's living room on Sundays. Started with delicious caprese appetizer, hubby had gnocchi, I had fettuccine. Both pastas were homemade as... read more

The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Eugenio is welcoming and the passion he has for preparing his native food is evident as soon as you take a bite of his homemade pastas and sauces. Simple, flavorful and delicious. Hand crafted food takes time to prepare so sit back and enjoy the dining experience as if your were in a small... More

Trinacria has an intimate ambience in a small space. Very good homemade pastas, reasonably priced bottle of chianti, yummy tiramisu for dessert... it's a great night out. However note that they take cash only and I think you have to have a reservation.

Atmosphere very old school. Excellent service....good home cooking....small setting....about ten tables....candlelit...and last I was there they don't accept plastic....so bring cash or checks. I find it a very romantic setting should you be out on a date with a significant other

It's a miracle this place stays in business. I had been many years ago when dating and yep, it has a fine dating kind of atmosphere, but I also had remembered that the food was just so so and that the service was pretty questionable. Fast forward several years and because Olympia doesn't have a lot of terrific dining out... More

Trinacria is unlike any other Italian restaurant that I have dined at in the US. It is a small, quaint & intimate place. The menu is limited to primarily pasta dishes and pizzas. The salad is served after the main course - like in Italy. We always enjoy the Lasagna and the dish named Euguneo (bow tie pasta with cream... More

If you want Italian food with near, go elsewhere. There is only one item on the menu that has meat.. That is lasagna. It is basically a vegetarian restaurant. The pasta is served with a dusting of sauce and everything is pretty tasteless. The worst part was the service. They were out of soup and taramisu by 7:00.. The waitress... More

We waited 5 minutes to be acknowledged and another 5 to be told that our reserved table would be ready in 10 minutes. OK. Once seated menus were distributed and water glasses were filled. 10 minutes elapsed before the server returned to take our order. We wanted wine and soft drinks so she said she would be right back with... More

I went here because of great reviews, but found the menu limited and ordinary. In addition to pizza, there are basic pasta dishes with two sauces. No unusual ingredients or interesting food combinations. The menu is predominately vegetarian, which is fine, but almost all entrees had some variety of tomato sauce and cheese topping. No main courses other than pasta... More

We eat at Trinacria about once per year, and always enjoy it. The menu is limited, but all the food is delicious, and personally prepared by owner-chef Eugenio. Diners can choose from several Italian wines by the glass, or a larger variety available by the bottle. (Bottle price mark-ups are very reasonable.) I have eaten in a lot of Italian... More
