We've been going to Wagner's for years and they've kind of spoiled us for other bakeries! Our all time favorites are their cinnamon roll bread (which makes the best toast you'll ever sink a tooth in to) and their wonderful cinnamon krispies (kind of a cookie/sticky bun hybrid). If we happen to be in Oly at lunch time we usually... More

The donuts and other pastries at Wagner's are very good, It is always worht stopping to get some. The staff are helpful and friendly. The Reuben snndwich is good but for the price could use more filling. There was not enough cheese on it to taste. And a side of dill pickle with potato salad or coleslaw would be good... More

This family run German bakery has been an Olympia fixture for decades. It is a great place for amazing pastries and lunch. Eat in or take out. They have a pizza place next door. We ordered "homemade" pies and a beautiful wedding cake from them. Their staff is very helpful and friendly.

Wagners makes a Cinnamon Roll Bread Loaf that is absolutely the talk of the town. We pick up a few before making any travel visit and the Cinnamon Roll loafs are gratefully received by all.

Wagner's has been a well known town favorite for many years, not just for the wonderful baked pies, pastry & cookies, and great sandwiches but for the delightful service as well. We pick up a fresh pie for a family treat now and then and stop by the "drive up window" for cookies with the children : ) We think... More

This is a tremendously good bakery. One of the best we have been to in any city. They made a custom Boston Cream pie that was other worldly, and I know my Boston Cream pie. Seriously, the staff is extremely friendly, the service is great, and the baked goods are outstanding. Have not seen such a good bakery for some... More

Wagner's is a great little coffee shop and lunch place in Olympia. It is an instution that is as well known as the Capitol. The specialty of this place is the desserts. Based on a German heritage, the items that they hve available are special. I love their German chocolate cakes that have either raspberry or cherry fillings. When we... More

Loved it from the moment I walked in! Greeted with a friendly smile. Had never been there before so he explained to me everything they had, and what they were famous for. Brought my kids and they even loved it. The sit down area was so cute and prefect. Highly recommend!
