We were lucky enough to get here right before the lunch rush without another person in the place. Within minutes every single table was full! There were 6 of including 2 children. The waitress let us know the sandwiches are huge so my son and I split one and still couldn't finish it! No one else at the table finished... More

A friend and I ate there recently. We have for kids under five between us. My 22 month old was not a happy camper that day. What can you do though when you are an hour from home with your little ones and hungry? Taking them home and not feeding them is not an option. I took my preschooler to... More

If I lived in Olympia, I would buy this bread regularly! It is so fresh and soft. It was awesome!! My husband got his dessert first bc he couldn't resist the apple pie in the case. It was gone before we even knew what happened. I had the turkey cranberry and it was scrumptious! My husband had the French dip... More

Ate her twice in one week, it's that good. Best tuna sandwich I have ever eaten besides at home. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and attentive. I have also had the chicken salad and it is very good. I highly recommend this place.

Had the Reuben - it was absolutely delicious. Soups and other offerings were very good. Wonderful location for strolling through funky but very accessible neighborhood. Olympia is a perfect stop for lunch on the way to Olympic National Park from SeaTac or Portland.

We enjoyed our lunch stop at 5th avenue sandwich shop. We went for the New York pastrami on rye and turkey club on soda. My pastrami was deep-filled and the bread absolutely delicious. The turkey club was tasty but had a bit too much mayo. I'd therefore recommend you tell them to go easy on the mayo if you opt... More

WOW! Lunch was awesome, they are really busy, but are able to somehow manage to get you your order out in a timely fashion? The sandwiches are amazing, have to try a plate of food sometime or a salad.

I had a turkey sandwich with bacon and avocado. It was HUGE. I could only eat half of it at a sitting. The bread was great and the sandwich had just the right amount of toppings. The next, the sandwich filling was still delicious, but the bread was too hard to eat. I suggest you finish your sandwich at one... More

Two of us visited for a Saturday lunch. The menu is simple -- cold and hot sandwiches, a few sides and salads, a couple of soups, and some desserts (cookies, cheesecakes, pies, etc.). The (cold) roasted turkey sandwich was "ho-hum" and mayo-heavy, but the potato salad and pasta side salads were both decent/good, as was the (hot) BBQ beef sandwich.... More
