we visited this place for lunch on our way to the state capitol. We got here at lunch hour. It was crowded but we were happy with the service. Pleasant folks who were quick and cheerful. The food was nice, the breads were fresh and prices very reasonable.

We have come here for lunch many, many times. The sandwiches are fantastic. They bake their own bread each day and everything is so fresh and home-cooked that you won't want to ever go back to sub-way. My favorites are the Hot Oly, the Turkey with cranberry, the BLT and the chicken salad. Their homemade soups are also wonderful. We... More

Great food and service. They make their own bread. Great deserts. Chicken Noodle soup has lots of chicken.

The food is consistently excellent and the staff exceedingly friendly. One visit my wy wife was having a really rough day and the waiter noticed her crying. He went way out of his way to be nice and he drew fliwers on her take-out bag. I recommend. Also, get the jalapeño bread.

I have been here a few times and have always been impressed with the quality of the food. The sandwiches, and soups are delicious and a good value for the money. It does get busy and fill up during the lunch hour so I quite often go at 1:00 to avoid the crowds. The only reason I give it 4... More

This little shop in downtown Olympia is just amazing! They make all their own breads and soup and pies and probably much of what they serve. The food is always excellent and I am a great fan of this place. The staff are responsive and cheerful. I highly recommend any time your in the area to stop on in and... More

As soon as you walk..... The pleasant smell of sandwiches being make ensure you will eat to place an order. The atmosphere is friendly. Low music in background. Friendly and assertive customer service ready to satisfy their customers. I ordered the French dip sandwich with potato salad. Juicy roast beef. Warm bun. Delicious as juis. Delicious. Potato salad was like... More

Not to be confused ...as the last reviewer was with the 5th Ave Sandwich Shop on 4th Ave which does indeed have french fries...this one does NOT..however the food, portions and staff were EXCELLENT. The special for today was a chicken salad 1/2 sand with soup..our 10 yr old granddaughter ordered it and declared it "cool beans"!! I had the... More

Great little cafe with sandwiches and soup. My daughter had a half cobb salad that had WAY more goodies (chicken, bacon, avocado, hard-boiled egg) than lettuce, the opposite of most places. I had a BLT sandwich with more bacon than I've ever seen on a sandwich. And the best part of lunch were the french fries. I never order or... More
