If you love a quintessential greasy spoon...

This spot could easily be a subject of Diners, Dive-Ins and Dives. I would affectionately put it in the Dive category. It is super busy and super efficient. The breakfast menu is great, where else could one get an egg, cheese sandwich between pieces of French toast, served with a little mountain... read more

Nice enough diner, with very friendly staff, but the food is kind of hit and miss, especially in the modern food its categories like vegan. A lot of items became vegan not so much by the abundance of the veggies and whole grains they were create with, but by the absence of the meat or cheese removed last minute. That's... More

I ordered the Noah's Ark with fries and a side of brown gravy. My only regret is I didn't accept the side of syrup to dip my sandwich in. It was delicious. The waffle wasn't overly sweet and the meat had great flavor. My boyfriend ordered the pastrami. He said it was great, hot juicy with perfectly toasted bread. The... More

Stopped here on my way back from Portland the other week and I got the chicken tenders and they were fantastic. My friend got a burger and he loved it. The fries where great as well. And the food was not that expensive. I would recommend this place if you were ever traveling through Washington State's Capital.

Now known as the Reef in Olympia. I love the Corn Beef hash that is actually chunks of corn beef and chunks of potatoes and then I have 2 eggs over top--YUM!!! They do many good breakfast choices but I always stick to this. I have heard the owner makes her own pies every morning and that folks come in... More

Open late! We arrived into Olympia close to midnight and were looking for a place to grab a quick bite so we walked into this diner. It was packed, at midnight. We ended up sitting at the bar/counter top where we could get a view of the milkshake maker. Ordered a nutella milkshake and they put in 4 scoops of... More

If you like to eat breakfast at anytime, this place delivers with courteous and prompt service. My husband and I discovered this gem a month ago and we've eaten there at least 1x to 2x a week (we both love eating breakfast for dinner). I even asked our server if I could get the chili over tater tots with a... More

We stopped in here for breakfast. It was a typical greasy spoon breakfast but delicious and the waiter was super nice. After breakfast we went to the lounge, a separate area in the back to have a screwdriver. The bartender was pretty comical although not trying to be. Not sure if he was hungover or strungout my complicated vodka and... More

Cool pie milkshakes and a fried veggie burger makes this diner a place to repeat visits. Definitely did not leave hungry.

I had been hiking all day in Olympic National Park, arrived at my hotel late on a Sunday and had not yet eaten dinner. The desk staff recommended this place and it did not disappoint. It had that local diner and late night hangout kind of feel. The grilled chicken sandwich was good, but was overshadowed by the tomato basil... More
