Great breakfast

Seems like a locals place! Full of character! Got To love it! The egg and muffin for breakfast was just perfect for us! The service was excellent and quick.

A definitive Diner Diver place...if you like authentic diner food and are into a low brow atmosphere, you will be happy here. You looking for something chi-chi? Leave me in peace and go elsewhere. For me, King Solomon's is like coming home... Everyone in our party of 5 loved their food. From my yummy & cheap Ms. Pac Man sandwich... More

Have a Big breakfast appetite when you undertake this great little diner. I had the country fried steak with eggs and hash browns and could not finish the meal. For me personally that was a feat because I like a big breakfast. This is obvious a local preference. If you can find where the residents eat your just about assured... More

Had lunch here on a whim. I knew I wanted pie, so I ordered a cup of tomato soup and a side salad. The salad was mostly greens with some shredded carrots, but it was a large serving and the blue cheese dressing was good with real chunks of cheese. Tomato soup had some cream in it and some veggie... More

What a funky place! We rarely go out for big breakfasts, so this was definitely a splurge. The décor is really fun and funky with a bit of a hipster vibe (not in a bad way). The food was really good and they were able to accommodate dairy/gluten issues without any problems. Our server was vegan, so she knew exactly... More

We love this classic diner for any meal. Always consistent. Yummy Mac and cheese. Tator Tots and milkshakes are a must. Service is great.

En route to Oregon for a girls trip and decided to tour Olympia....looking for some eats. We stumbled upon this little diner and after looking at reviews decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised with the cute diner, friendly staff, extensive menu and fantastic food....totally wished we tried one of the many shakes they offered - guess... More

Trendy, maybe. Hip, if good food is hip then yes! Grungy, only if being served by a super friendly waitress who also has tattoos is grungy. My wife and I stopped at the Reef for a late breakfast and were very happy with the food and service. This place makes me wish I could move back to Olympia and make... More

I'll be honest with you, I have only eaten here once. I ate a mac and cheese on the way to Kurt's memorial in Aberdeen. Unsuprisingly, Place is a grungy hangout for young people and I felt a little out of place here. Still worth it to enjoy one of Kurts favourite dishes.

We went to this spot while visiting friends from Olympia. In the back there is a bar which we would have never known about if it wasn't for our friends who live in Olympia. We were still able to order off the menu and it provided a more intimate dining experience with beer included. I ordered the Reuben and it... More
