yes marvel at the chefs dexterity with knives and sit back and enjoy the hamachi dinners. the food was good, all quite tasty, our teens loved it, we enjoyed it, the company of the other diners is always a bit of a raffle, but all good. The chef was communicative and got everybody talking all in all a good pit... More

My family an I love Japanese Steak Houses and thought we would give this place a try. We were visiting the area and saw their sign. Overall, the food was average, the presentation lacking energy, and the customer service was sub-par. We waited forever for our food server to show up and then when he did, they ran out of... More

The good was okay. My request New York steak rare, was well done. Decor is tired and food prep at your table/grill is nothing new or spectacular. If you see food prepped for another table, you know what to expect. Table side chefs seem perfunctory and not really into or enjoy what they are doing. Experience once, but then compare... More

The "show" was not as good as we have experienced in other similar type restaurants. Our chef was not particularly engaged. The food portions were larger than we expected and so was the salt level. The meal started off well with delicious and light soup and salad. The ginger dressing on the salad was flavorful and the greens crisp. The... More

Wish I had the opportunity to review....our party of 6 was denied seating at 8:06 pm when the restaurant closes after 9. A shame that they are so well off that they need no patrons .

Recently went with friends. This is the kind of place to go with a group. Part of the entertainment is the cooking at your table. The food was OK, not great. We were first seated in a room that was too cold and they moved us. The rest of the evening was OK, not great.

Let me be positive first: the Saki was fine and the service was mediocre. Now it was the worst "Japanese food" I have ever had. (my husband too) We both left there hungry because the food was so bad that we barely tasted each dish. Let me give you details since we ordered a bunch of appetizers and one dinner.... More

Fancy restaurant for parties, special gatherings or special occasions, but I have been once and don't care if I go back. The food was okay, but very buttery and rich, and overpriced. You have to sit at a table with complete strangers and the show the chef does when cooking at your group table was cheesy. Kids would probably like... More

Stopped in on my way to another restaurant while on vacation with my wife and granddaughter. I am not really a fan of this type of steakhouse and prefer traditional Japanese food. With that said the place was beautiful, the help more than friendly, and the choices very wide. Our chef did an amazing job working the grill and his... More

This is a family style seating restaurant which means you get to wait until enough people are there to fill a table, sometimes up to 45 minutes. We find it much easier to go to the bar where you can order all of the same foods but they are served to you quickly. You must try the experience at least... More
